Let me start by telling you This Joel's tire shop has everything you are looking and the prices are insanely good , their customer service is on point they're courteous and really helpful , second time coming back ,and again awesome prices and I always find what I need , y'all stop sleeping on the deals they have and prices , ask for Joel jr. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! I called in to see if they could exchange a new tire I purchased from them because I got the wrong size. They told me to come in and as long as the tire was not used they could exchange it. Once I got there they told me that I used the tire and weren’t going to be able to exchange it. I NEVER USED THE TIRE IT WAS IN MY BACK SEAT THE WHOLE TIME BECAUSE IT WAS TO BIG. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND SUPER SHADY. Not to mention that fact that when I went one of the workers was eating and I had to wait for him to finish before I could be helped and was extremely rude telling me that he hates when people interrupt him when he eats. If you are on a lunch break and can’t help people, maybe you shouldn’t be in the front acting like you can. Very unprofessional people. I would never recommend this place to anyone I care about.

10/10 service. Me and my girlfriend stopped by with a general idea of what kind of tires and rims we wanted and they were so helpful with trying on different sizes and they were patient changing the different combinations of tires and rims. Service done within an hour. Definitely will come to Joels from here on out for any tire services.

Super friendly people and had so many options! as soon as i got there, they helped me. at first, i had an idea of the size that i wanted but it didn’t end up fitting so they tested different sizes with the rim i wanted until they found the size that fit. i know for sure, no other place does that. they were extremely helpful and fast! it was done in about an hour. i most DEFINITELY recommend this place!!

I recommend Joel's tire shop . I walked in there just for prices and walked out with new tires and alignment. Joel was a great help, he gave me a great discount price for the tires I wanted. He worked with me very patiently, because I was very unsure of what to do, what tire, size etc. But he took the time to explain every choice, price & guarantee on each with lots of patience. I will definitely be coming back for rims next. Also, forgot to mention that they have many financing options to help everyone out. Don't miss to come by if you are in need of tires.

I have been going Joel's Tire shop for years family own business world respectable prices. Are always fair. Customer service is always on point. The thing I like about Joel's more than like any other tire shop in San Diego is I can pull up at any time of the day. Get my knees attended to if it's hot. Get a glass of water co. Whatever the case may be, but always treated like them family. And they treat me thy family in return, partly because of where they come from family is all they know, saw they've been tall best business in San Diego in the entire business period so if you're looking for tires rims or just a good place to have a conversation with good people to talk to. Go to jowell's tire shopping University in San Diego after Jonathan ore's brother and I guarantee you. You love your experience

Just left Joel Jr. at Joel's Tires, came in for a balance and tire rotation but realized my inside tires were worn out. These guys were honest & helpful. They got me some affordable new tires. Everytime I come here I leave happy a safe to travel on the roads. Thanks guys for helping out a home. Sending positive vibrations!

Best tire shop I know I been to multiple and always got over priced or have had the work done wrong but here at Joel’s both Jonathan and Joel the two brother never fail to make me feel like family and giving me and my family the best prices we are never disappointed when we leave the shop always with new rims or tire both me and my family been going back to these guys for 15+ years and we don’t plan on going to any new one any time at all ask for Joel if you do happen to come

Called joel at 6:30 asking for 4 new tires for my GMC 3500 joel told me no problem and to come to the shop when I got there at 6:40 they were really busy they had 3 cars in front of me once I got there joel did let me know that there was a wait time of 10-15 minutes I gladly waited knowing they still took me in even tho they were about to close the shop they were very quick and professional

Beware when purchasing tires or wheels from here. They do not offer warranty on anything only "manufacturer warranty" which they then send out your purchased item to the manufacturer. From there they then decide whether or not you get a replacement. Oh yea, not to mention when they send it out it takes up to 4-8 weeks to get a response from the manufacturer then however long the tire shop (Joels Tires) decides to get back to you.

I don't write reviews for nothin.. but I like these guys. I had a 26" tire go flat and they were the only ones to help on the spot, quick fast and got me back on the road. I definitely appreciate them.
