Not good cracked my gas tank and almost damaged my engine by not putting enough anti freeze in my white van don't go there thank you. No one even tried to reach out from this company and say let's try to make this right . Total negligence I give zero stars

The customer service given by Ike is outstanding. The installation of a pair of front struts in my VW Jetta was precise and thoroughly done. I would highly recommended Joe's Auto on Cave Creek Road as one of the best auto repair centers in metro Phoenix.

The team at Joe's are always helpful and walk you through the issues. With the new picture walk thru of the service is awesome. So you see what's being replaced and why. I have been going here for years. Will keep going here as long as they are open. Ike is amazing he breaks it down for you and makes it simple to understand. Great customer service

Our cousin shared this auto repair shop with us, what a great experience. We weren't sure what we needed, the service engine light was on. They read the code and laid out everything for us, and took the time to discuss everything so we could make the correct decision to get the repairs done. Awesome people, honestly a refreshing experience. Thank you to Joe's automotive gang. Great people

I am never too concerned when I’m having car troubles because I know that everyone at Joes Auto will take care of me. I visited them today for a Check Engine Light issue and Ike was soo helpful! Not only was he able to address my issue in a prompt matter, but he was also kind enough to educate me on the issue. I always recommend Joes Auto to everyone

We've been going to Joe's Auto for years. I just had some repair work done this week on my break lights on my suburban and they did a great job very quickly. They are honest and bend over backwards to help their customers. They work on all sort of cars and trucks, even older classics.

Came to Phx for a family visit. My Miata has air conditioning but didn’t work. Figured an Az shop would be better than a Colorado shop since everyone needs it. Found Joe’s on the internet and a location 5 minutes from my relatives. I needed a complete service including a new pump. (It’s only 34 years old). All finished in a few days and works great. Everything was explained as to what was required and needed. Very happy with services. I would recommend to everyone.

I really like these guys, and more, I have come to trust them. I had a great mechanic in Central Phoenix that is no longer convenient and hadn't liked any other shop in the North Valley. With their significant effort to take care of customers, I now both like and trust them, and their work. Their rates are reasonable, the work is great, and their word is real.

Unfortunately, I've been to Joe's Auto on Cave Creek Rd multiple times in the last month or so for different issues. I say unfortunately because it kills me to pay someone else to work on my car, and who wants car trouble in the first place. Having said that, I can say that Alex is always professional and courteous. I have never felt like he is trying to recommend work that isn't needed, and in fact, I feel like they have gone out of their way to save me money and unnecessary repairs. It is nice to know that if I need to bring my car somewhere, I can trust Joe's Auto to shoot straight.

Alex at the front office was very transparent, honest, and really cares about us customers! My AC was blowing warm air so I decided to make an appointment after reading other positive reviews , I followed my intuition and picked this shop because I just had a good feeling about it. I'm so glad I did! I feel like it can be hard to find a trustworthy mechanic but it seems I found a great one right here at Joe's Auto. I will recommend this shop to my friends if anyone is having car troubles. Thank you team!

I was referred to Joe's this past Sunday from a friend while watching football. I called on Monday, towed my son's truck to their shop off of Cave Creek, and met Alex at Joe's when it arrived. Extremely professional to work with from the start to the finish. Great team at Joes! We are very pleased with our experience.

I'm happy to recommend Alex and his crew for any auto repair. Alex didn't try to talk me into any unnecessary repairs and actually told me I didn't need something done when I thought I did. I haven't experienced this kind of auto repair honesty since I left Washington state! I will definitely be taking my car back.

I made an appointment and got right in. They checked her out, fixed it, and didn't charge me. It was a small issue, but she is an antique foreign car. They could have charged me. They are knowledgeable, honest, and kind. I think we found our new mechanic.
