As a newcomer to the area, I found myself in urgent need of a reliable mechanic. Consequently, I scheduled an appointment earlier in the week for the replacement of my vehicle's rotors & brake pads. Unaware of the weather forecast at the time of booking, I was surprised to wake up to heavy rainfall on the day of my appointment. Despite the inclement weather, Mauricio and his team were ready & waiting for my arrival at 7 am! Their service was outstanding, and the cost was unbeatable!

Following a visit to Nissan of Alhambra for my 2014 Nissan Versa Note, I sought recommendations on FaceBook for a local mechanic. Joe's Auto Service was highly recommended by numerous locals. Upon contacting them to inquire about the cost of replacing my serpentine belt, Mauricio provided a quote that was significantly less than the $299 Nissan of Alhambra quoted me. The service was completed within an hour and at a much lower cost! Overall, had a great experience!

On my way to work this morning, I noticed that my tire warning light was on. Living near by, I decided to stop by Joe's Auto Service for a tire inspection. As soon as I pulled up, I was welcomed by a mechanic who promptly brought out a jack to inspect all four tires, as fast as I had pulled in he had identifying a screw in one of the tires. Within 20 minutes, I was back on the road. All things considered these guys knocked it out of the park. Rain or shine you can always count on Maurico and his team to do an exceptional job.

I had my car towed in from another Shop. The other Shop could not Get it to start. Mauricio at JOES auto service told me it Needed a sensor and that start the car . My car runs amazing now . This is the place to come . .

I’ve been coming here since I was a youth watching my dad getting his cars serviced. o get my cars serviced for years. Mauricio is a great mechanic and a stand up guy. He always goes the extra mile for his customers. As far as locally owned businesses go, this auto shop is the epitome of that. Always bring my vehicles here. You should too!

Joe's service was awesome!!.. Mauricio, the Lead Mechanic took the time to explain and educate me on the function or should I say mis function of my motor 2023 Chevy Colorado Black Truck. Like new again. He didn't only repair my truck but he the took the time to remove some white scratches from my bumper.

Stay away, kept my car for 4 months and everything they said they were replacing never got replaced. I had to get it towed to another shop, where it was confirmed that no parts had been replaced. New shop had my car up and running in 2 days. Worse service I’ve received

A friend of mine and I share an old pickup truck, and Mauricio has had it for well over a year and a half. I cannot figure out, for the life of me, how to get it back from him. I've been pressuring him almost daily, and right now he's not even answering my calls. I physically go into the shop, and he promises that it'll be done that day or tomorrow, or he just ordered a part or whatever, but it's never done. My friend has just given up, but I haven't. I've had to rent U-Hauls multiple times because I haven't been able to get my truck back. He always has some kind of excuse. We finally got him actually working on the reason we brought it in the first place but seems like there is no end in sight. Since it's been there, it's had the catalytic converter stolen, had a window broken out of the back. he parks it on the street because he has no room and his shop. It's way past due for getting smogged, and I don't know what to do. This guy, I guess, was a good mechanic a couple of times for my friend, but I definitely wouldn't recommend bringing a vehicle in that you need immediately back. Now I'm looking at all these reviews, and it seems like I'm not the only one he does this to. I don't know what he expects from us. Does he want us just to drop it and give him the truck? I don't know. It seems like he's got a lot of stuff he should work on there and doesn't have time for mine. I wish he would just fix it.

This is the best mechanic you’ll find all around they have the friendliest and most hardworking employees you will ever see they always do a great job and fast, it’s hard to find mechanics like that especially friendly ones. I’ve been coming here for years now and they never let me down, even with my old BMW to a new Honda accord. They always try to fit you in their busy schedule even when they can’t fit you in that day they try to make it work around your schedule with the best prices around to be honest. You can always trust them if you’re looking for someone to take care of your cars needs, while doing a great job with a smile. As long as they are here I’m always going to go to them for anything my car needs. I let my friends know about joes auto service and they’ve had the same experience, if not better. You can always trust Mauricio and his work him and his employees will never fail you.

I dropped my car off with Mauricio 3 months before delivering my baby(Feb 2021). In hopes it would be fixed by the time I was ready to deliver. The lack of communication was the first indication that my car was not a priority. In FEB 2021 my car was pending a smog check so I decide to bring my car for a simple smog check and a weird noise. Every time I called Mauricio he always had a new excuse “oh i gotta use the restroom, ill call you back later” time and time again it was always a new excuse. 9 months later I gathered the energy to pass by the shop and pick up my car. Just as I figured, nothing had been done on my car. Just collected dust and a couple of parking tickets. The parking tickets had been brought to his attention (prior to me picking up the car) and he was sure they were paid. Once I left the shop I googled a mechanic and he was able to pass my smog in 24 hours. Which makes me question why it wasn’t possible At JOES AUTO by Mauricio. A simple “I can’t work on your car” would of suffused 9 months ago. After picking up my car I received another notice that the tickets had not been paid. It is now 2/15/2022 He has yet to return my call about the unpaid parking tickets that are adding up.

I've been going to Joe's automotive service for quite a number of years already and the reason I go there is because they're the only ones that work on all my vehicles and I'll say that again the only ones I trust them explicitly I don't need to ask him about parts I don't need to ask him about anything I take my car in there it's making a noise drives it tells me what's wrong with it I tell him to fix it and it's fixed that's the way it's been with my relationship with Mauricio for more than 25 years I would recommend this place to anyone everyone should go to Joe's automotive they're honest and professional sometimes they take a little bit longer with your car than was expected but the reason is because he finds something else that he didn't see in the beginning and he doesn't want to not be diligent to let you know what's going on with your vehicle that's happened to me a few times they're not the cheapest place in town but look at the word cheat is that what you want done to your car cheap I don't I want the best done for my car because that car has to be starting every day every morning every time I turn the key that car needs to fire up and keep on the road that's how I make my living that's how that car starts every morning rain or shine so like I said I recommend this place highly to anybody out there reading this review just try it if you're not satisfied I'll tell you what I'll pay your bill I'll pay your bill if you're not satisfied with the work that goes on at that shop that's how confident I am of their work there have a good day.
