Been coming to this place for 6 years. I take my personal and work car to get repairs done on it whenever needed. Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Repair costs are priced out fairly and can get an estimate upon request to decide whether you want the work done or not. Turn around time is great and constantly updated if anything else comes up while inspecting car.

I fixed my vehicle on 12/1/2023(Fri) for a leaking coolant at Joe's auto service. On 12/6/2023(wed), coolant was leaking again. My vehicle was towed to Joe's auto service. They recommended that I replace Whole Horse. I accepted and replaced the whole horse. After repaired, I picked up my vehicle on 12/8, Friday evening. Today(12/11), it is leaking again. The owner told me to bring it again. I don't think they are skilled. I feel like I wasted my money and time.

$536 just for "LABOR" to INSTALL a RADIATOR on a 03 Avalon ??? Very disheartening Joe very !!! ITS NOT A 4-5 HR JOB IM NO MECHANIC BUT I KNOW THAT MUCH !!!

Always outstanding service. Staff is polite, efficient, and HONEST!! Hard to find in this industry. Been with them since before it was Joe's, and the service has never "dipped." They've not only fixed my vehicles, but given advice and checked out used cars I've wanted to buy. Ive been a customer for years so I am not sure if they will look over potential buys for all, but it does show their commitment to their customers. Always satisfied!

As a female, it is so frustrating to know you will almost always have car places try to win one over on you but not here. I've been coming to Joe's back when it was Dunnivan's Corner about 15 yrs ago. They have always been honest, trustworthy, and true. Every friend I've sent here has said the same. I am always greeted with kindness and well taken care of which I know is a rarity for car places. Absolutely love going to Joe's!

Joes auto service did a great job on the 2002 Toyota Tundra to replace the front brakes, pads and rotors. Also, my tires were rotated. All work was done in a timely matter and the staff are all very nice. Michael S. Nottingham

Quick and easy state inspection. I was in and out within 20 minutes. There is a small waiting area if you are having your vehicle serviced so you don't have to wait outside.

These guys replaced my clutch super fast and it works perfect! Aamco was going to charge me twice the amount to replace it. I’m very happy with their service and will use them again for future repairs. Also recommended my friends to this shop
