I had a problem with my car that was caused by another shop. I needed an engine replacement. Joe found an engine at a scrap yard in North Carolina. It wasn't just pull the old engine and install the new engine. My car has California emissions on it. So Joe and Paul had to pull all that stuff and install it on the new engine. This is a two man shop, so it was not a quick job' They had my car from 4 to 6 weeks I think. It was worth the wait and the price was reasonable considering the amount of work required.

STAY AWAY. I waited a week to leave this review so I was level headed as I was so angry. I paid $117 to get my vehicle towed there. They assured me they had the diagnostic tool to check it. Which they did but none of them can read it.. then not only did they keep it from Friday till late Monday. I then had to pay another tow to Toyota of knoxville and guess what? I needed my wheel bearing replaced.. not a thing wrong with the computers or sensors like they claimed. So they then proceeded to charge me $100 FOR WASTING MY TIME. they should be embarrassed to charge someone when they can't do there job.. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm out 217$ for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

These guys are such wonderful, honest people. They fixed my husband’s vehicle quickly and for a reasonable price, so I took my van to them shortly after and they worked so hard to troubleshoot my issue. They also went above and beyond to help me find a part for my older vehicle. They also were incredibly patient because it has taken a long time to acquire said part. Highly recommended, honest, reasonable, extraordinarily helpful mechanics, which is a rarity nowadays. Thank y’all again!

We were traveling to pigeon forge from Ohio when we had our left front wheel bearing go out on our truck. Called these guys as they were the closest shop to us at 2:30pm on a Friday and they had us back on the road by 5pm. To say these guys are great is an understatement. They are honest and are down to earth people. I wish we had them back in Ohio as I would use them for all of my auto work that I couldn’t handle myself. Highly recommend!

Joe is the man to see for service to your vehicle and he will do you right and his prices are reasonable if you go to a dealership everyone knows they are there to make money and sometimes you go in with one problem and come out with another problem...
