I have never had a bad experience here. I've not heard of any friends or coworkers complain about having a bad experience here either. Very good, smart, attentive. These guys know what they're doing and it shows.

I haven’t actually had to take my car to Joe’s yet, but when that time comes I won’t be taking it anywhere else! I called to see if I could make an appointment for my car, as it hasn’t been starting very well the past couple days. The wonderful lady that answered the phone was so polite. She asked me a couple questions and let me ask some questions of my own. She didn’t have an answer to a couple of them, so she took my name and number and was going to talk to the mechanic and call me back. It wasn’t 20 mins later that she called. He suggested I go have the battery checked before I wasted any money having the car checked out. It sounded like a bad battery to him. She told me where I could get it checked for free, and if it wasn’t the battery to call her back and they would get me in for an appointment. It was nothing more than a bad battery, and I only had to pay for the cost of the battery to have it replaced. I cannot thank Joe’s enough for the free and solid advice. They saved me time, money and the hassle of trying to have my car looked at, with nothing more than a phone call. Thank you for your generosity!! Y’all Rock!!

Having read numerous reviews about the quality service this auto repair shop provides, I was happy to give them a visit. Those.reviews were spot on. I would.bit hesitate bringing your automotive repair needs to Joes. I trusted them with my 34 year old baby and they treated it with great respect. The car...not the little lady!

I had a nail in the tire. They took it out, and since there was no leak, they didn't even charge! Great and knowledgeable and fair place.

I took it by and oil change place that tried to replace my ball bearings which would have cost me like $500. Took it Joes to get the repair done and they realized there was just a bolt loose. Appreciate the integrity to not charge me for a repair I didn’t need!

These guys are great! Talked through all my concerns and gave me options and pricing. We’re super knowledgeable. Fixed an issue I had been having for a year with my power windows and some new tires and alignment cause curbs hate me. Price was absolutely fair. If you’re looking for a great team of mechanics to get your vehicle back in shape. These are your guys!

They are still working on my car. However, just from the call I had with the sweet lady this morning about my car, them working it in to get ready for our trip to Georgia in 3 days, the friendliness of the man when I dropped the car off, and the honesty regarding prices from the man who called to tell me the diagnostics, I highly recommend Joe's. They could have easily tried alarming me to get the amount (that I really don't have) out of me to do my brakes, which would have brought them in more profit than just the alignment being done; but, he showed that honesty and treating his customers right is what he values. I truly appreciate that! We are new to AR, and it's just my 2 sons and I, so finding a new mechanic for here was a little scary, I'm so grateful it wound up being Joe's. Thank ya'll!

I've used Joes Tire and Auto on multiple occasions. I've recommended them to friends and family and they have used them as well. Nothing but good things to say about Mike and the excellent work the mechanic crew does. Very knowledgeable, very reasonably priced, and unless they are just covered up busy, they are very quick. Great Job guys! Keep up the good work! Best Shop in town!

Mike at Joe’s Tire & Body Shop was such a blessing to find. We were visiting family here in Jonesboro and had a major issue that impeded our trip back to GA the next day. Our daughter uses Mike for their auto needs and took us to see him. Mike knew exactly what needed to be done and got us all fixed up to safely continue our journey home. Mike is honest and very knowledgeable. I see why my daughter and son-in-law use Mike for their auto needs. As would, I if we lived here.

Mike is an angel and lifesaver! My son's car broke down on the way to college and they got him in and fixed the car immediately to get him safely on the road. As a mom 500 miles away and a nervous wreck, this was huge! If we lived closer I would take all my cars there!

Started died on my truck at 4pm, towed it to joes at 5pm. They had my truck fixed and running like new by 12pm the following day! Great service and you can tell they actually care!

These people raised my father in law's 1984 Ford truck from the dead. Shorty Johnson would have been so proud of the work they did. I know they are not in the restoration business but thank you guys. Need a modern car fixed? They can do it.

They always treat me as though I know what's going on with my car and offer fair prices. While I don't know what's what on my car, I appreciate not being stereotyped and being talked down to. Recommend their services as they are also quick and willing to fit you in.
