Ok, so I ordered a Progress Tech Rear Sway Bar and no shop would install it. I asked around and found John's Auto Service on 6670 Miramar Rd # A, San Diego, CA 92121. This guy is the GOAT! Asked me to send him the part link so they could check the service diagram(s) before I even arrived. Once there I showed him the trouble spot others were having on the right side. He got this done stupid quick. Let me inspect it after, and took it in a test drive to ensure no noise was made from the install. Highly recommend this shop if you need work done on your vehicle, especially a Honda Fit, if you're in San Diego!

If you are in need of work John is your guy. He is really quick, efficient, and honest. I texted him for a quote and he gave me an out the door price along with the name of the brand of products he used for my vehicle. No hidden fees or surprises. Stopped in the same day and one hour later my car was ready. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what he did and how long I had before needing future service. That is something I can respect because other places would do anything to get more money out of you. Seriously, don’t think twice! You cannot find better prices!

I’ve taken my 1993 Lexus to John and his team at John’s Auto Services multiple times, and they’ve always provided excellent service. They did an outstanding job with the timing belt, camshaft seals, and crankshaft seals when I needed them replaced, all for a fair price. Another time, my car started breaking down when I was nearby, so I gave John a call. He told me to swing by, and they were able to get me fixed up - this time with a new spark plug, fuel injector, and mass airflow sensor. John is incredibly honest, gives fair prices, and takes the time to ensure the problem is truly fixed before handing the car back. I highly recommend him and his team.

John is a nice guy, i left my dad car to check everything, he helped me check, sent me photos where parts should be replaced but he only recommended what i need to change first. He said there are some parts still good so i don't need to spend money if I don't need it yet. He gave me an estimate after explaining everything. His price is really good and affordable. I would recommend him to my friends.

Wish I could give John more stars! My daughter’s car broke down on her way from SD to OC at 9pm. She had no idea where she was and was alone. Based on where she pulled off the freeway, I found John through Google Maps and called him at 9:45pm and he answered! She was right around the corner from his shop and he immediately sent me directions to his shop and instructions for leaving the car overnight. The next day he sent me a text along with detailed videos of what was wrong with her car and then fixed it that day. To top it off, we couldn’t get there to pick it up until today (Easter Sunday), and he took the time out of his day to meet us there to pick it up. Very honest, very helpful, very friendly. Highly recommend! Thank you John!

I picked up my Honda Odyssey van yesterday from John's Automotive… The Van works great and sounds great! …this is a great shop. Repairs cost just what John estimated, replacing everything with genuine Honda parts. Replaced the faulty alternator which had a bearing noise that started the whole escapade. Wound up replacing the water pump, drive belt, tensioners, and also most importantly the engine timing belt. 100% satisfied with the level of professionalism and knowledge. He diagnosed and fixed things with total honesty. Two Honda agency service departments and one other repair shop offered only non-committal diagnostic impressions with no cost estimates. John pulled out his listening device and spotted the worn-out Alternator Bearing in less than a minute and offered me advice given the age and mileage of my Honda Odyssey van. Most importantly he gave me a detailed estimate of what it would cost, which resulted in a satisfied customer a day later.
