Amazing service from an honest auto repair shop. They even spent the time evaluating a problem of mine. Due to the complexity of the issue, they recommended bringing it to another specialty shot and didn't charge me a dime for their efforts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I am elated to have found Johnston's Auto Repair. The expense to perform 2 of the 5 dealer-recommended maintenance on my vehicle literally saved me $800 dollars. More work is required, and there is no doubt where I will have that work done. The Johnston's are honorable, sincerely kind, and run a very efficient business. It is not surprising they have been around for so long! Thank you SO MUCH! Valerie 18 sept 24...two years I've trusted my car with this shop. The owner is humble and honest in all his business transactions. The staff jump through hoops to give your car the best service possible Consider them as trustworthy as any doctor you allow to poke around in your physical being - in truth, I trust them more than any doctor . They cover the cost of shuttle and parts fully trusting they will be reimbursed. They keep you updated as to progress/delays. EVERY TIME their quote for work is 2/3 less than a dealer quote. One does not get the privilege to remain in business this long without having proven worthiness. Thank you ALL for EVERY LITTLE THING YOU DO!!

I had a terrible experience with this shop, and I feel obligated to warn others. I had taken my car here back in June for a repair. They replaced the throttle body and within a week, my check engine light was back on. I went back in for them to fix it and they said it was a loose hose. Then a few weeks later, my engine light is still on. They said the throttle body they had just replaced (and I paid $1,000) was bad. From there, it took them nearly two weeks to then replace the computer which they said needed replacing. They charged me an extra $100 without getting my pre-approval and would not honor the price we had previously agreed upon (after calling the day before to tack on over $100, which I approved because.. what other choice did I really have). When I finally got my car back, I noticed my keychain was broken. I mentioned it to them, and they admitted they broke it but hadn’t said anything until I brought it up. No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing. On top of all of that, once I got in my car I hardly had any gas. Mike had said they drove it 20-25 miles to make sure everything was running smoothly, but didn’t even mention my gas light was on. Something I would, at minimum, like to be made aware of in case I needed to get somewhere right after picking up my car and didn’t have time to go to the gas station. Overall, very upsetting, terrible service, poor business, and total lack of respect for their customers. I will not be returning.

My experience yesterday was excellent! Mike at the front desk was helpful & only did what was needed. I thought he went beyond explaining & called if needed. The work & costs was far better than the dealer, that I had been to for an inspection & oil change. He checked all costs & let me know beforehand. I feel confident in the work that was done. A clean shop & excellent service!

Johnston’s auto repair couldn’t have been more helpful with our client and their prized Ferrari. In a pinch, they kindly took us in and let us borrow their lift, something of which we had difficulty with other repair shops in the area. More to the point, their kindness, professionalism, and extremely fair pricing, was what prompted us to leave a review. Despite what's clearly stated on their website, they do not offer free shuttle service. From their website, which is at the bottom of their Home page, "We know that auto repairs can be a burden on your day, which is why we offer a FREE shuttle service to take you to your home or work. Ask us for more information at your next service." I called to confirm, and they stated that they don't offer free shuttle. They can call an Uber for me, but the cost is on me - that's not the definition of free.

Shop local! Family owned shop the owners care about their customers. They don't throw parts at a problem unless they are confident it will fix the problem. Honest people, fair prices and quality service.

I took my 2007 Prius to Johnston, had the pleasure of dealing with Eric. I was a first time customer. Had the red triangle of death on my Prius. He had my car literally diagnosed AND fixed within 3 hours!! Top notch customer service. I will absolutely recommend and use them for anything we need done with our cars in the future. Very reasonably priced also. In my opinion.

I went there two days ago, one of the employees behaved disrespectfully and interrupted my conversation and started with the customer who entered after me. I think this person is racist.

I will always take our cars to Johnstons. They are honest and affordable. I love how they care about their customers and they go above and beyond. I always feel good after I leave this place. We recommend all friends and family to go here as well.

Johnston's was fast and fair! Had an AC fan starting to fail and their quote was lower than 4 other repair shops and one of the shops straight up told me to stick with Johnston's because their reputation is solid. A tip from a competitor is as good as it gets. Thanks Johnston's!!

My Window stopped rolling up and down and Firestone (on Tatum and Shea) told me the motor was broken and that they recommend I replace the regulator as the cords might be tangled and burning the motor up. I kept asking the manager, if the regulator needed to be replaced or not and he just kept circling back to the words "Might" and "recommend" aka sales words and upselling. It was going to take two days for them to wait on a part and cost 789 dollars. After the third circle of trying to get an emphatic answer on if iI REALLY needed a regulator, I paid their 65 dollar diagnostic fee, and I then took it to Johnston's Auto Repair for a second opinion. Dwight, the owner was awesome. He asked specific questions about it, and then called to let me it was just a sensor in the motor and the regulator was fine. A little over 400 dollars and had my car back in a few hours. Forget Firestone. Go to Johnston's.

We are so happy to have found Eric and the guys over at Johnston’s! They take amazing care when servicing our cars and always make sure to let us know if there is something we need to pay attention to! I also appreciate that they don’t ever try to sell us things if they are not needed. We’ve sent a few of our friends and family members over to Johnston’s and they have enjoyed their business as well and mentioned how fair they were when it came to parts and service pricing.
