Please go to another place. You're gonna start losing your mind waiting on these people. Somewhat nice people and absolutely TERRIBLE service. Better off finding another body shop.

All I can say is please don't bring ur car here for repairs they don't take pride in there work.Claim started great an turned into a real cluster f...k .they had my car sitting there for 2 weeks. After they said made all repairs from accident. And they did not and will lie rite to ur face. Honestly the bumper looked better before they repaired it. Management is very un honest was a terrible experience..just giving everyone the heads up. Avoid this place if possible .😞

Excellent service, they always answered my calls and the result was the best. Excelente servicio, jamas había tenido que reparar mi carro, tuve un problema con el seguro con el cumple del choque, y luego tuve que usar mi seguro, las chicas de esa oficina me ayudaron Durante todo el proceso, siempre me mantuvieron en contacto e informado, agradecido por el buen trabajo y las atenciones. Yo pensé que me iban a robar mis cosas del carro o me iban a hacer un mal trabajo, pero NO para nada todo estuvo bien, no tocaron las cosas que tenia en el carro, los recomiendo 100%.

GEICO Express sent me here in January 2023 for some body work after running into a pole in a parking garage. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work; the car looks like it did before the accident. My only suggestion is to do a walk around like you would if you were renting a car, to make sure that you and the shop agree on all the damage to the car before they start working on it. I realized that in hindsight but, thankfully, my car was not damaged during the repair process.

I went to go fix my truck at this body shop requested by progressive they charged $8,000+ afterwards I paid $1,000 for the deductible I asked about my step being replaced because it was part of the accident they said it would’ve been extra not paid by the insurance I told them it was fine to give me my step back (running boards) from the truck yet they THREW IT AWAY unprofessional without my consent they threw my personal property said they would be responsible for it yet I’ve waited more than 2 weeks for this step when it only took them 2 weeks to give me my car I’m going to 3 weeks now how hard is it to get a running board when on Amazon only took me 3 days for delivery.

Buena atención por el directivo,pero desastre de trabajo,chapistearon piezas en ves de cambiar,un carro k no se sentía nada ahora vibra por doquier,trataron de mejorarlo pero nada,lastima k el dueño k me trato tan bien no se de cuenta k tiene trabajadores tan pésimos en su negocio.honestamente no se lo recomiendo a NADIE.

I don't have enough good things to say about this body shop! Seriously, it was one of the smoothest claims I have ever had on a vehicle. Arrived at the body shop, they reviewed the vehicle, there afterwards we scheduled the date to bring in the car.. The day of drop off- they had a rental to go! The ladies in the front (Giselle, was great!) were exceptionally knowledgeable and super sweet! Vehicle was in great condition and i'm very happy with the results. During the accident, my door handle was scratched and the gas door fell off. They had to replace both pieces and do a paint job, my vehicle looks as good as new! :) Def. coming back if I ever need any other body shop repairs.

mire, llegué allí. por que ers.primera vez que choque. y saguiarorn. mi carro. le cambiaron. piezas electrónicas. me robaron. piesas electrónicas. logotipo. juntas. en fin pusieron piezas usadas dr rastro. no nueva.como me dijeron. tenía que aver hecho un reporte. a ala policía. ahora. el carro esta peor. son una mafia. un carro que yo tenis hasta. cuatro años. son unos mafioso. no lleven los carros ahí. reparar. es mi opinion.
