Horrible, you've been warned. First he tells me is a battery issue after he so called tested it. Cool, I paid $300 for battery. 1 day later my car goes out again. I take it back and he tells me its the alternator. I was mad because it's like why when you tested you didn't tell me that. After paying $300 for battery, he charging me $500 for alternator. Left my car a few days, only to pick it up for it to go out again. At this point I'm crying and mad at myself for constantly going back, but he wasn't going to give my money back. Come to find out it was a bad alternator that he put on. Plus he concocted my car. Also when I went to get my car, he broke my passenger side mirror and tried to hide it by folding it in. When I called him about it, he said oh I can fix that. Why wouldn't you have fixed it, when you realized it was broke before I drove off. Also the bottom of my floor cover was missing. Never go here

No accountability Daughters car needed a trans So he says He bought th wrong transmission Then he put in a transmission That didn't work correctly He put in a transmission now my front end is not the same And it's making noise in reverse...he's telling me to come and get the car it needs front end work and he's done the best he can to help me...saying after a month of back and forth he did me a favor by dealing with the situation and 1900 dollars was nothing for a transmission cause they can cost more....this old dude weird in how he thinks business is conducted

I used this service about 6 years ago. He replaced my starter on my former vehicle. I called today to ask about a tune-up for my current vehicle and he's just as rude as ever! He has zero professionalism in him and I am not sure if it still pertains to today but he would only accept cash back then, but these days you can't ask him because he hangs up in your face when you try to ask him questions.

They tried to charge me $50 to change my brake light bulbs even though I had my own bulbs. 👎🏾

This is the third transmission that I need since November 2019. Mr. Jones claims that I burned my own transmission out by carrying to much in my car? Have to beg for a receipt and it is never detailed. Car was never delivered when promised. Installed a toggle switch (without my knowledge or permission to start my car. Refuses to compensate me after two transmissions

I drove out to Chicago the other day, and my hub bearing cracked. I didn't know what the problem was in my car it was just making a grinding sound. It was Sunday and no mechanics in the area are open. After calling five mechanics , Darryl the owner of Jones, answered my call and took me in immediately. At first I thought it was just brake pads that we're grinding against my rotor. But after taking off my wheel we found out the hub bearing was cracked and the rotor fell right off. These guys are amazing, they did the work in the timely matter oh, and I got my car back the next day at noon. So if you're looking for a reliable mechanic, that is kind, hard-working, and willing to go out of his way for you. You should go to Jones
