Sam always provided great customer service before my last visit. He wouldn't renew my state inspection even though he's done it for years in the Sam condition. He never charged me for an oil change or inspection. Now he says it's $80. I'll find a better shop.

Prices were reasonable. Quick and friendly service replacing my rear brake pads and rotors. Did not upsell me or keep my car longer than necessary. Would definitely go back.

I went in today for an alignment and my check engine light. I really wish I had gone here before I went somewhere else. They were friendly, honest and have competitive prices. They have a nice waiting room with water, coffee, free Wi-Fi and a vending machine. They are close to several places within walking distance if you don't want to sit and wait.

Phenomenal! You won't be disappointed. Even if you are due to a mistake, please extend some grace. On the other side of grief is grace and mercy. I absolutely recommend the services provided by this team. I have to acknowledge the exceptional service of Sam, who took my initial call while in frustration from another service provider. I am in deep gratitude to these men of service and devotion. They went above and beyond with my vehicle. I thank the Lord for their hearts and act of kindness. It's beautiful to know that there are good men doing good deeds because being good is good enough. I value and deeply appreciate the experience I got here today. We, l worth the hour and half drive. I hope you all are abundantly blessed for the good things you do when no one is looking.

So so so pleased with this location and the job they did on my Hyundai. Sam and his team are honest, have integrity and do amazing work. They explained every issue with my car and worked with me to give me the best price possible. They work very quickly and efficiently. Customer service is just as amazing as their work! Car repair is expensive, but these guys have done their best to both do what they can to identify a problem, and to give an affordable price. I was nervous to turn my car in to this place to have parts removed, while I was financially tight, but they handled that free of charge.

Sam and Sage are super nice and honest at this shop. I went to a different mechanic and got the control arm replaced on my vehicle and after it was "completed" I went to this Goodyear for the alignment. I noticed some clanking driving home on the passenger side. I brought it back to Goodyear and they checked it out for free and told me the other mechanic (not them) didn't tighten the sway bar links to specs so it was working its way loose on one side. They tightened it up and I was on my way. Go here, they're amazing and honest. Thanks guys!

I will never take our vehicles any place else. What a great run business. Owner very honest. He even honored Groupon prices. Got both front & rear brakes done in 50 mins. I asked him what it would cost to bleed the brakes while he was at it, and he gave me a price. I asked him if it was really necessary and he said, not really, only if your brake pedal goes to the floor. That was very honest. He just could have said yes and took my money. Thank you for the fast service guys!!!!

Terrible, waste my time twice, won't be going back. There's a reason they offer Groupons for this location so much, it's because they can't keep customers. Went there for oil changes til I went to another place once and had to buy a new oil plug since Jones cross threaded it. Tried to go twice for a wheel alignment, 1st time my truck is too big, crew cab long bed super duty, ok, fine. Got another time with a 4wd Tacoma and they say it has a lift so they can't do it. Well I called both times and scheduled appointments, it's called ask questions, furthermore the Tacoma is stock 4wd. If you want to waste time and have sub par service this is your place! Never going back again! And it is stock as my buddy manages a well known automotive shop in College Station and he looked over the truck before I bought it. It is a stock height for a 4wd Tacoma.

I went in for a brake fluid flush and an alignment. I was immediately served. Drove out 19 minutes later. I couldn’t be more pleased with this business. WaIting room was super comfy, too.

This GOODYEAR RIGHT HERE.. THIS LOCATUON ON JONES RD.... has the BEST customer service I've ever had with ANY other dealership. Sam (the Manager) and Sage (The Mechanic) are two of the most honest upfront gentlemen I've encountered in a long time. I was dumb and rode through the flooded Houston water. Unknowingly, that that would make my transmission slip. Triple AAA towed my van there and they diagnosed and gave me a quote within hours. Sam went out his way to help me find the best price possible even amongst competitors. While, still examining why it was best to get the work and parts from them based on the warranties. After agreeing to get it repaired. It was shipped out and returned in two days with a comete rebuilt transmission. Sage drove and checked it prior to me picking it up to ensure I had no problems. This is only one of the many times we've used this location. Both my daughters had their struts, shocks, and brakes cometed here. My husband recently purchased a cash car Sage checked and completed any necessary work needed for my son to travel safely back and forth to University of Houston. This two AWESOME men treat their customers with respect and integrity. Their non-judgmental and try every effort necessary to safely get you back on the road as soon as possible. They will be our families MECHANIC SHOP. While these two continue to be a part of the business. They made one of my worst life lesson experiences smooth over as best possible.
