Brought my vehicle up here to get an alignment. The price was good at $105. I got my vehicle back from the shop and the steering was crooked. It drove straight with the steering wheel at 1 o'clock. I brought it back again. Same thing, but now it drove straight at 11 o'clock. Brought it back for a third time and same exact thing. I'm pretty sure they didn't even touch it this time. I could understand if some suspension components were messed up and affecting the alignment, but they never said a word about it. I highly doubt they even checked. They obviously don't test drive the vehicles afterwards. Besides that, they never call to tell you your vehicle is done. You just have to spam call until someone gives you an update. I'm using Plaza Tire Service from now on, and I recommend everyone else do the same.

Took two of my cars there and after going to the dealer I was told it was a bad alignment. Both cars had bad alignment. After talking to them they told me they did not care about a review and also srated that " it's was like going to McDonald's and they put pickles on a burger and you didn't want pickles". I still don't know what that mean. Be careful of this place he told me out of his mouth he didn't care about reviews he does the work not focus on quality work. Not a good place at all.

10/10 recommend JB alignment. They do such an awesome job, you're treated like family and you know EXACTLY what your vehicle may need. My husband and I have used them countless times and have never had a bad experience. Response time is great, which puts the cherry on top for my experience.

All I can say is if you want good honest people and good honest service then look no further. Jonesboro Alignment is the place. They did a minor repair that we weren’t sure was going to fix it and when we went to pick our vehicle up they told us to take it for the weekend and then if that didn’t fix it there was no charge. Didn’t even try to get us to bring it back to them to do the actual repair that needed to be done. We took it back and not only did they work us in they had it done by the end of day. Couldn’t ask for better service!!! And my personal favorite they didn’t try to up sale us. They just gained a new customer here for sure. Thank you Jonesboro Alignment much appreciated!!!!

Had an appt set for 9:00. I sat there until 9:45 and no one ever showed up. Horrible experience. Would not recommend. I ended up leaving and going to Gateway.

I guess I should have read reviews instead of needing it done now. I bought my own lower control arms. They installed and an alignment. There was a rattle in the front before work. Was hoping the new bushings in the new controll arms would fix. It's still there slightly. But you would figure during alignment it would be seen that there is another issue. Total cost for L/R controll arms and alignment $800. They said $113hr. It was supposed to be 1.5hrs for each control arm by the labor book. Catch more flies with honey than you do with...... So here I am months later and needing tires rotated. Took to Walmart for oil change, rotate and balance. THEY CANT GET THE LUG NUTS OFF!!! So Jonesboro Alignment I guess just kept hammering with the impact. Tire tool couldn't get them off. Neither would an impact. So instead of having to pay someone to get the lug nuts off I did it myself. Bought lug nut remover set and breaker bar from harbor freight but that didn't work. Lug nuts to tight. Bought $13 non-marring socket from AutoZone. One mm smaller than lug nuts. Hammered it on the lug nut, used with breaker bar. Muscle, weight and patience I got them loose. More money, more time, more back breaking...... Thanks Jonesboro Alignment

I went to Jonesboro Alignment for a second opinion after just leaving DNW with a non-refundable $607.58 receipt for extra front end work, leveling kit, and a computer printout of a failed attempt to align my truck. Even though DNW indicated my truck needed more work and extra parts before it could be aligned, Jonesboro Alignment corrected it with no problem, assuring me it was in good, safe condition. And get this, because of all I had just been through, the tech at Jonesboro Alignment did the assessment and alignment for FREE. I then hired Jonesboro Alignment to install a better leveling kit with alignment after. I can’t say enough good things about Jonesboro Alignment for helping me out of a very unsafe, confusing and costly situation.

Horrible place to get your routers or any alignment work here. Cannot rely on this place to have your vehicle ready for safe travels. I brought my car in to change routers and they did not place back the caliper bracket bolts in correctly they were lose and messed up my rim and they refuse to fix anything at no charge or low or even reimburse me for my scratch up rim.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Took my vehicle in to get an alignment and control arms replaced. There was a mixup with the original estimate they gave me, the final bill ended up being much more. They honored the original price estimate saving me some cash. They will absolutely recieve my business again.

Went there on a Tuesday made an appointment for 8:00 Friday morning the guy told me it would take a half a day to replace some ball joints and do an alignment I dropped it off at 8:00 on Friday went back to check on it just after 4:00 the place was locked up and everyone was gone my vehicle was still sitting outside where I parked it with the key in the ignition nobody had touched it nobody called me to let me know anything I will be taking my business elsewhere and I will not be back!!

I took my vehicle in for an alignment, it had just recieved a completely new front end. Upper and lower control arms, complete front strut assemblies. This included all bushings and ball joints. Paid $98 for an alignment and my truck drives terrible. It pulls constantly. The guys charged a $100 for an alignment they done in 20 minutes. Their machines grab the tires which is inaccurate, and they didn’t even check the tire pressures to see that everything was the same before aligning it. I took it on a vacation right after and it was all Icould do to keep it in the road. Do yourself a favor and forget this place

🛑🛑🛑Beware of the employees driving your vehicle to test the there work. The alignment tech slammed my truck into park while it was still rolling, now 5 months later my transfer case gears are stripped. It’s hard to say he did it but i can’t say he didn’t do either. This is not to mention the truck wasn’t even aligned. BUYER BEWARE
