We had a side wall tear on I-20 going through Atlanta and took the next exit. The first place we limped to was Jordan Tire. It was our lucky day. They got the flat off ( even though I had lost the wheel lock), put a new tire on and had me back on the road to Missouri in an hour ! Very nice, honest people.

Blew our tire on 85 in a rush on our way to a wedding. Called around to other shops and got rude customer service or told we couldn’t be seen that day. We decided to go to Jordan Tire and were blown away by their kindness and by how quickly they resolved our problem. All at a great price too! I would definitely recommend Jordan Tire!

Had a blowout, didn't have the equipment to change these big tires on this van. This place took care of me. They made a bad day a little better for me.. thanks for the great service you provided me with.

REPEAT CUSTOMER NO MORE I went to Jordan for a tire plug and left with a GOOD Used tire. The problem is they nickel and dime you to death. $10 to take the tire off $15 per plug. No problem but why do I need to know this? 3 plugs so $45 no problem. Ok so let’s replace the tire. Well now I need to pay for the costs of the plugs (supplies??). How much is the replacement ok that’s fair. But again why do I need to know all of this? Every dollar counts. So let’s just put up a clear printed sign of your prices. After 6 or 7 convos about per item price (which I never pushed back or initiated) I just asked for an out the door price. I gave them an extra $5 just because and somehow there was a problem with that. Why? And bye the way. When a customer is being cool and friendly and giving you no problem you can at least return that. Jeez. This morning my brother told me he needed two tires … I told him exactly where not to go. Yes they have quality used tires. They KNOW what they are doing. The prices are even on the fairish side. But the customer service is the worse. Can we be human anymore ?

Jordan Tire Service is my goto place when my tire pressure light comes on in my ride. I like them because they are service driven. They are not trying to sell you a tire, whether new or used, if you don't need one.

The people working on my vehicle were very friendly and I came here because of good online reviews. However, when it came time to pay they wanted me to send it via cash app or paying cash. No plastic. I had to leave my license and go to an ATM to get money. There are no signs that say cash only. At first. They wanted me to leave my cell phone which is too expensive for me to part ways with. I had to negotiate to leave my license. Again, the work was good and the guys were friendly but I feel I was deceived in not knowing that they did not take plastic and it was a cash only business. In today's world. Most businesses are no cash and plastic only.

Visited Atlanta for a Braves game and left the next morning with a nail in a tire. Looked these kind folks up on Google and the reviews are very accurate. They were helpful and quickly got our tire plugged so we could head back home. Thanks so much for getting us back on the road quickly!

These tires are to expensive to be a used tire sold me a mess up tire ,went down the street after purchasing a tire ,someone said your tire flat I said I just paid 50.00 for this tire,went back up there the lady caught a attitude ,but I got my money back ,and my old tire put back on ,this lady selfish
