Excellent service: Guarantee their work: Employees are really trustworthy, very patience and helpful with providing financial assistance : work is done in a promise completion date: really nice and friendly to customers. I felt very comfortable and will advise everyone that need anything concerning body repair on vehicles to really give them a visit. I was referred to them I never heard of their business before but was completely satified with their service also my vehicle had other work perform on it whereas they saw that it needed to be fix/repaired and it was fix without extra cost. The work which was perform on my vehicle brought me joy because it was a well done job with care

Great work on paint job plus extra perks, thanks💯; one exception 🫤cleaning could be better (a lot of white residue in trunk and tail lights area, but the painting is superb💯

Wonderful Job! They fixed my bumper in record time. I only left it 2 days ago and they called me 1 day earlier than expected. I was worried at the beginning because other places were requesting me to buy an entirely new bumper, but I believe it ended even better than it was before

5/5 stars!! Excellent service! Very fast, efficient, and nice workers especially the lady at the front desk. I came to these people looking to get my bumper replaced after being in an accident not only did they replace my bumper for a good price, but they also fixed the grill on my car free of charge and gave me a wash free of charge all in the span of THREE days. They are hard workers and very nice people. Do business with them!!

Excelente trabajo!!! El servicio al cliente es muy importante cuando buscas un buen lugar y Jo's fue muy bueno en esto. Pagué por las piezas y el mismo día que deje mi auto ya habían llegado. Solo les tomó 2 días en entregármelo y directo a mi hogar... superó mis expectativas!!!

I highly recommend Jo's Automotive for the best collision repair ever. I live 2 hours away from BR and after not getting any reasonable price quotes near me, my daughter and I took to google and our finger landed on Jo's. God favored us in the decision that we made to ho with them because it was well worth the drive. We couldn't have asked for a better job, the car was repaired to it's original and actually looks better than it did before. Carol in the front office is very nice and kept us informed about the progress on the car. KUDOS TO CAROL AND JO'S AUTOMOTIVE. I highly recommend Jo's for your collision repairs..

I went to another place before , they told me they couldn’t find the model of bumper that my car needed after a month. I went to google and I found this place. Since the first day, they assured me they would be able to fix my car. The service was fast and efficient. They have good customer service. For real if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

My experience ay jos automotive was amazing. they people was nice and i was always kept in contact regarding my car or any new updates. my car was repainted and also some collision work was done, highly recommended you to bring yout business and cars and truck here !
