I was inquiring about a window on the passenger side of my SUV...so, it was not rolling down.... and I was told by Ted Weins Firestone that they would have to do a diagnostic and it would cost me $175..which would not include the part and Labor cost. The owner at Jose was extremely was extremely insightful and professional. Instantly, he told I only needed a window regulator...and could buy it at AutoZone for $70..and he would put the part on for $80... I was overwhelmed about the savings.

Been coming here for more than 15 years. Jose is the definition of the honest mechanic. He has great prices and I've never had a problem with my car coming back incorrectly. Him and his team work very efficiently. It's no doubt he is the best mechanic as that place is always full of clients. I will always return to give him my business!

Had car issues during a road trip and stopped here. Lucky for me it was a quick fix and I rolled in between appointments. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are very reasonable. If I lived nearby I'd be going here for all my mechanic needs. Highly recommended

I got recommended here from a local autozone and once I got their I parked and got out to ask for a price to check my ac system they said they are closing right now and directed me to the office to make an appointment, I asked the lady there she said that she’ll go check how much it is for a check up and before she left I asked if she need me to follow her she said no to wait there and I waited for about 5 minutes so then I walked out side to check on my car and once I stepped out I noticed a bunch of workers in my car with my hood open I confronted them and said I never gave anyone consent to enter my car and they started to talk aggressively to me to get out of there and the lady said to give him his keys and get out of his car. First of all why are you in my car and turning on my car without my consent , I am currently filing a complaint to the Clark county police department. Don’t go here they are a bunch of thief’s and non professional business.

I went in for a eta to ask how much it would be to change my radiator the lady told me to wait inside of the lobby and she will come with the manager when 5-10 minutes pass by I come outside of the lobby and 3 people are inside & outside of my car with 0 of my consent or even telling me that they are going to take a look inside of my car . Please be aware before coming here
