Jose was very polite and speedy with replacing my two front tires. He was also accommodating enough to drive to me and help replace one of my tires with the spare tire as it was completely flat.

I had to say one of the best tire shops I’ve been to, Joseph and his crew are very personal and they actually care about getting you back on the road safely. These other shops that just want to upsell you every dime if they can fix it they will, great service wonderful staff. Thank you, Joseph Tire shop and team.

Came here 4 days ago, and personally had one of the worse tire shop experiences so far. This is just my personal experience here. Came in and wanted 2 tires. They started on my vehicle, and installed 2 tires, great. First thing I noticed is that they don’t use jack stands, safety wise it should be used but it’s there business and I will let it be. After the 2 tires were done they were mounting my wheels back on my vehicle, one of the tire techs were using the incorrect lug nuts that is used for my spare onto my original wheel, he knew it wasn’t going on correctly because it wasn’t being flushed, so I corrected him saying that is the wrong lugnuts, and pointed at the correct ones to put back on the vehicle. Even though he still gunned them on and in hopes it was gonna work, I corrected him and let it be and not complain. He then went to the other wheel and mounted it back on my vehicle than shortly after took it back off and brought it back inside the shop, he came back with it and the tire was gauged with damage on the side wall, and they thought I wouldn’t notice it and were rushing me to pay, I noticed it immediately because it was a big gauge, and secondly they kept staring at it awkwardly and looking at each other. I told them they can put my old tire back on because I will not pay for a damaged tire and I get it mistakes happen, but the fact they were going to sell me a damaged tire was dishonest. Next thing I did not like was that they do not torque the wheels down, they gun it only, when I asked if they could torque it with a proper torque wrench and set it to 110tq/lbs because that’s what the proper torque is, they said they do not have torque wrenches. Which is against safety law for any tire company. So after an 1.5 hours I left with one tire. I only gave 2 stars because the owner seemed apologetic over the phone about them trying to sell me a damaged tire that they caused. The review is based off of the dishonesty and safety reasons of not having a torque wrench to properly torque down wheels without snapping a Stud or having someone’s wheels fall off causing a law suit and not using jack stands in case a jack fails keeping a vehicle up.

The 4.8 rating is an UNDERSTATEMENT! IT SHOULD BE 5 STARS !!!!!!! Great price on new tires for my wife LAND ROVER and used tires for my CHEVY work truck!!!!!! Customer service is always great and fast!

Had a blowout traveling in from out of town. Knew I had to get a tire so I immediately searched google for tire shops in the and Joseph popped up. Being an out of towner all I had to go on were the ratings and they surely didn’t disappoint. His guys would give a NASCAR pit crew a run for their money! Excellent service and in no time I was back up and running again!

Came here to get a new tire and was not disappointed! One major plus is that they're open on Sundays when most places are closed. Everyone was extremely helpful and were able to change my tire within twenty minutes. The staff was super nice and friendly too! This will be my new tire place!

Friendly staff and very kind! You don’t see that very often at a tire shop but these guys deliver. I had a nail in a tire, and a wheel barrow tire that needed installation. They nailed it! (Ha ha ha) and the wheelbarrow tire was so small it was a chore to get it installed. Will most definitely be back for new tires here!

I showed up and told them what I believed the problem was, they were able to quickly check and verify my theory and gave me my options on what I could do for my tire. It took about 20 minutes and I would definitely leave a tip just because their price was super affordable. Would definitely come again if needed.
