Could have been a great experience. I went to Joseph Toyota for repairs because it was the closest dealer. The first part was great and they were communicative. However they damaged the rear door to my vehicle during repair so it was lopsided and wouldn't close. I was asked to bring it back up, which I did. An hour after I arrived they decided to look at it and say how they didn't know how it happened. They offered no repairs and kept pawning it off as my fault. The service manager Ron tried to appease me by saying it was probably the wind that tweaked the door. This was insulting to my intelligence and completed neglected the problem that could have easily have been caused by some putting leverage on the door. I was told I could go to their body shop where I could pay for repairs. The complete lack understanding or responsibility was palpable. Completely disappointed. I would not recommend this place for sure. I would never buy from a Joseph dealership after this lack of care and how insulting and a waste the experience was. Could have been great, but was one of the worst service experiences of my life.

Joseph Toyota has done a great job of taking care of my Rav4 2020, except for minor hiccups. I have been a loyal customer and I highly recommend Joseph Toyota for any service for your vehicle.

Go 2 performance toyota!!! I had an appointment this am for a paint recall on my car. I had to bring my car in and get a rental as soon as they opened. Problem is I work at a dealership and also have to be to work on time. So the service advisor was asked if he could have my rental ready/ pulled up in anyway so that I could transfer my belongings and hurry to work. He said no. I have no wiggle room with being late to my job unfortunately. So he made this huge ordeal about it being company policy to not assist any customer in anyway until service vehicle in hand. So I had to drive in check my car in Vin and mileage and then start the rental process. I said that's fine but could you at least have the rental ready so I can hurry transferring my stuff into it. He said he would not do it and rescheduled me a week out when I had already driven 45 min to be there. Needless to say we are going to Performace Toyota now. Never again will I go to anything Joseph. I just bought a truck from their Chevrolet store and just had my carry in their collision center and now this toyota service center. All 3 were garbage. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and I come from the car industry. They even put my families information on the internet for everyone to see. So petty. Dont worry we will be contacting an attorney. My finance options weren't that well and that's all you rude ppl need to know. Don't do business with Joseph automotive degenerates.

Excellent service excellent customer service. As I was on my way to pick up my car, I thought to myself I need to vacuum my car. But after picking up my car, I noticed that they had already vacuumed my car and also wiped my car down on the inside. They also wash my car. I would definitely refer them to family and friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Replacement of front bumper and a few minor ding. Car was dropped off on Monday by Friday they said it was done but I was 6 cars back from being released to Detail shop so I left it there. Called on Monday and ⁰gentlemen said it was done so I went to pick it up. however The detail Shop had not even had it . Car was not washed nor vacuumed , plastic still on the floor and marks for the repairs were still on it. Very disappointed.

I visited recently for a tire rotation and oil change, and while the facility was clean and well-maintained, the service fell short of my expectations. After the work was completed, my car no longer drove smoothly; it felt noticeably out of balance. I raised this concern, but the Service Manager claimed he did not find any issues during his test drive. Despite his assessment, I can clearly hear vibrations and loud noises coming from the car. I am quite frustrated with this experience and expect better service.

Joseph Toyota has done a fantastic job of taking care of my vehicle and communicating with me. They provide clear expectations, answers to questions and follow up. I used to use Kings Toyota, but have not impressed by them at all. I drive the extra distance to come to Joseph Toyota - and will continue to do so.

I have a 2023 Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD, The rear brakes locked up and the computer had a Can't connect to network come up. It took me about 5-10 minutes to get the rear brakes to release. It has 27,000 miles on it. It cost me $272.00 to have them look at it, they found nothing wrong. The computer issue I had to make several calls to thier tech service, so I fixed it myself. Because the Full Coverage Warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles, I had to pay. I can't believe Toyota does not stand behind their vehicles.

Took my 04 Solara to service department with starting issues. $150 just to drive into the garage and have someone look at it. It was diagnosed with a bad starter and the tech found an issue with the front tire. Toyota wanted $850 to change out the starter and at least another $400 for 2 front tires. I decided to have them do an oil change and got out of there for $280. I went down the street to Tire Discounters and got a new starter installed for $250 and 2 new tires for about $320. I know older cars out of warranty can sometimes need costly out of pocket repairs, but this experience reminds me that this is only the case if you take them to a dealer.

Had an amazing experience was in and out within an hour they were super flexible with getting me in and Sierra was awesome when checking me in she was super friendly to me and everybody she was working with, definitely will get my car serviced there again!
