Honestly! Meeting jose at first seemed cool. However! The communication was off after receiving vehicle back and having same problems before fixing job. Overall, he seems like a good dude. But I’m not sure if they know how to diagnose many different challenges.

Jose was very professional and it was a fairly fast turn around on getting my car back running. He also had very fair pricing. Hopefully I won’t have to come back but if I do have any more car issues, I will be coming to him for service.

Jose Chavez saved my butt! After leaving a very disappointing experience at Honest-1 auto repair I found myself at Jose’s repair to finish the job. He was very informative and helpful, and about an hour later I was back on the road and heading home to my love ones. Thanks Jose for your dedication and commitment to customer service.

Jose and his crew are great! He takes care of my blue Ford Taurus, and has been my go to place.. he has taken care of everything from my routine oil changes, and headlights to transmission work for me..he always gets us in right away and always knows what the problem is, but more importantly he takes care of the problem right the first time! I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else..

I had front brake pads and rotors replaced for a much more economical price than most, if not any other, service center in Charlotte. I will look forward to having my car serviced here in the future. Unfortunately, they're not open on Saturdays, which is somewhat of an inconvenience for me due to my current nine-to-five work schedule. But they were accommodating when I needed to pick my car up after 5:00.

Jose is amazing! Quick, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! Other shops will try to overcharge and make you get repairs on things you don’t really need. Jose is honest about what your car actually needs. I’ve never had a better experience at a repair shop.

I recommend this service, the guys helped me drill out the old bolts on the wheels to replace the hub bearings. I left my car with them in the morning even though they had orders too they had time to do my rear hub bearings. The car is a Dodge Grand Caravan.

Jose ,is a long time mechanic . I've known for years .He has worked on my van and:" No one could fix the problem"! .He fixed it in a minute very fast detail ,and no waiting it takes about 30 minutes or so of waiting time and usually get my car back really fast within an hour or so.If you don't like to WAITING!.I recommend this mechanic!!!

Absolutely the best experience I have had when getting my car repaired. Staff was nice and funny. He knew what the issue was he didn't pull the run around on me and fixed my car. I will definitely recommend coming for repairs and I will be back as a customer if I need his services in the future. Thank you again for your help this past weekend

I went to get my alternator replaced that was under warranty in another state, he was able to get the part and I only paid him for labor and he even took care of my tow service.. I took my Mercedes to him that’s under warranty and he will be repairing it as well, he is definitely a great mechanic and will continue to use him for future repairs

I went to these guys because I was told 2 different problems, from 2 different shops. These guys not only took me in on the spot because I was desperate, they also had my car fixed in literally no time. They not only found the problem instantly, they then fixed it and had me out the door less then the initial quote. Would I recommend these guys? Absolutely. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else!

I took my vehicle to Jose to have my brakes repaired. He repaired my front and back brakes. After completing the service I brung my car back twice because I kept hearing a gripping noise when breaking. After the second time taking my vehicle to him one of his technicians (which he l stated on the phone isn’t very experienced) notified me that my struts needed to be repaired. Upon shopping around for another estimate for struts a licensed technician at another auto shop told me the problem was not my struts but that I had the incorrect brake pads on my vehicle. After getting my brakes replaced I went back to Jose to notify him of having the incorrect brake pads on my car. He then stated and said that the issue was not my struts (which what he gave me an estimate for) but it was my shocks which I already had replaced by the way. Since my brakes were still under warranty I was able to be refunded for the parts. Ultimately I would not recommend Jose and if you do take your car to him to get serviced please go get a second estimate.
