Poor communication service , overly charged for parts below 100 dollars , high label fees for no apparent reasons dropped my car of a week ago just for them to make us by new parts of what wasn’t really the problem with our car mf charge us a higher new price to fix what was really the problem , don’t go to them waste of every bodies time & money

I don't recommended anyone to this workshop .unprofessional workers are there.they will rip you off. I have been there twice .an old guy charge me $250 for fake fixed AC system .they said it was fixed but when I got back home i found out that the problems was not done at all. and also. i had to bring my car back to the work shop with another reasons and they started looking for what the problems was and he told me that they have found out what the problems was but the costs he asking me was too high . I was try to negotiat but he don't. so i decided not to do business with them but he still charged me $60 for 10 minutes verifying the problems. it was absolutely a cheat. we need to avoid this kind of people.

I am totally satisfied, I brought my 2015 Equinox to this shop another shop diagnostic was the engine, when Jose Reyes, the owner of the shop worked on it he found out it was a timing belt issue with a difference in price of $ 4,800 compared to $ 3,400 with Jose Auto Repair.

Worst service ever. Jose the old guy is a scammer. If u don't know about the car he will scam you. Here is how he painted my car.

I wish I could share a zero score. Worst shop I have ever experienced. My truck (Expedition) was stalling and took it to their shop. They replaced the battery for $250.00, ridiculous price. My truck still was stalling. Shop merely said to start your truck again. You have got to be kidding me. They also forgot to reinstall the engine/intake cover. Hope they have that or will sue them in small claims court for the malfeasance.
