All of my family take their cars there Al is the one who does the work however Emmanuel is wonderful as well but Al is my guy. The reviews about their car sitting there for days it's because it is an insurance issue so please tell the whole truth don't give these guys a bad name and never had an issue with them in all the years I've ever dealt with them.

Got my car serviced and got it back same day, a few hours later, which is so much quicker than most Baltimore shops. The mechanic who worked on my car, Al, was very communicative, upfront, honest, and had a great/positive attitude: again, something not typical of most Baltimore shops. The waiting area is a lil sketchy so I left to wait for my car, just a heads up.

They need to change their hours of operation. I had my car towed there through repairpal on a Saturday, which stated online that it was open and they weren't. I drove across town because they said they could get me in, I got there and they were closed. Horrible

Jessy Automotive does great work and I know whats wrong with my vehicle when I take it to him. I dont tell him that I know and he has always come back to me with the exact issues. It took me years to find an honest mechanic.

They gave me a beautiful paint job then after that I paid $400 for a problem and they gave my car back and it wasn't fixed

They replaced my engine's crank shaft sensor as well as my taillight. They also topped up my engine oil. They did all this a month ago and the car has run fine since then, so I feel confident giving them a good rating. I felt the price was fair as well.

Mr Jossy has always provided a great service. Never overcharges, if he finds an actual extra problem with your car he will actually show you so you can see the evidence. No BS, just good service

Mr. Emmanuel is very pleasant an about what you need and will not make up things that would be fix which you did not need. His prices are reasonable. Mr Emmanuel customer service is kind and humble not trying to get over because l am a woman. I love the service l get. Anyone looking for someone to fix their car truck etc. come to Mr Emmanuel at Jossy auto service at Jossey Automotive 401 w. 26th st. Do not try to get over on you.
