I absolutely Rocked with Joys Auto for over 10 years now. They are so accurate when finding out what’s wrong with your vehicle and repairing it. Easy going cool chill environment and staff. All The fellas there are great at what they do! Highly recommended.

These guys shouldn't even work on cars in a junk yard very poor service, lack of knowledge on fixing cars you go in with one problem and you come out with 10 Alley mechanics know more than them , I do not recommend them at all

Poor service came few time and was no help and even when confronted they act lost would not refer first time got my brakes fixed and they broke a bolt second time now they have me stuck on the expressway looking for my tire that just flew off my car from trusting them to fix my brakes ones again on the same car same tire if anybody know any legal help I can use would truly love it

Car was over heating and they told me first I would’ve had to leave it but the little jamaican man got right and fixed my car before they closed and didn’t over charge me very satisfied with their service

I gave this place 100 for Service, dropping to 2 for getting the runaround. I was told I needed a catalytic converter when actually it was a broken coil pack that I had look at two times after a tune up...that another shop caught before changing out the converter !!!

On October 26,2022. I bought my 2013 Ford Escape into Joy Auto Repair Inc to be repaired. Prior to me going to Joy Auto Repair; My son went to Auto Zone and used their Diagnostic Scanner and P0303 appeared; Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected. Replace Fuel Injector. My son purchased the Fuel Injector from Auto Zone. On October 26, 2022 Mike charged me 325$ to have the Fuel Injector put in by one of his mechanic. I was told they would have to drop the engine in order to put in the Fuel Injector. I waited at Joy's until my car was finished. October 27, 2022 the check engine light came back on. I went back to Auto Zone and they plugged it back up to their Diagnostic Scanner and the same code appeared P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire. I immediately took my car back to Joy Auto Repair and Will looked at my car. He immediately claimed that Auto Zone sold me a defective part. Will then told me that Auto Zone Diagnostic Scanner was out dated and Joy's Auto Repair had an better Diagnostic Scanner. Will plugged in the Diagnostic Scanner and code P0303 appeared. I told him I would like a refund because Joy Auto Repair didn't fix the issue. He stated that he wasn't going refunded the money because I purchased an Defective Fuel Injector from Auto Zone. Friday October 28, 2022 my son and I returned back to Joy Auto Repair so they could rectify the problem. We was told by one of the mechanic that I needed an Ingition Coil and Tune-up. We went back to Auto Zone and purchased an Coil and spark plugs the same mechanic from October 26, 2022 put on the Coil and Spark plugs. After the mechanic put on the Coil and Spark plugs the check engine light was still on. I was told by the mechanic the check engine was still on and my truck was shaking because I used regular gas instead of premium gas and I had an Defective Fuel Injector. Will stated I needed to burn out the old gasoline and the check engine light would go out and it was nothing else they could do. Later that evening my truck caught fire and exploded. Will stated he would try to work something out and offer me three cars all 2008 and tired to charge me 1,000$ for the cars.

There’s a thief amongst the staff,I left my AirPods in the center console where they are always at n they were gone when my car was returned to me but it’s my fault because I kno better, so double check your valuables when leaving your car…I got a wheel alignment done and they did get it done quick and for a good price tho
