My daughter moved to Baltimore 2 weeks ago. She broke down in a town not familiar with her. We called Lala's , he gave us a tow truck service #. Her and her car were picked up in 10mins. Towed to Lala's, they had it fixed and ready to go the next day. Tow and repair very fair cost. They turned an incredibly stressful issue into a great experience. Thank you

The fact that they said that I might as well sell.my car I think that was a low blow an I pass my inspection somewhere else was crazy plus I fixed my car didn't charge me thoe that was cool

I've been here 3 times now. All 3 times they were able to see me quickly without an appointment. Their prices are very fair, and twice *I* suggested a parts replacement I thought it was time for (old car), and they instead pointed me to the actual problem that made them less money.

What a fantastic place! I brought my car in for inspection, and within a few hours I was getting a line-by-line breakdown of what work needed to get done, including work they would recommend (including why) but wouldn't require to pass inspection, and they didn't push at all when I chose not to do that work. They answered all my questions, had everything repaired a day later, and the car is doing great! Costs were fair, people were nice. Definitely will be back.

Had something weird going on with my steering. Brought it in right before closing and they figured it out right away. Fixed it first thing the next day. All of the people I interacted with were kind, competent, helpful, and reasonable.

Two years ago I was in town for a wedding. My car died on Saturday night in a parking garage. I was desperate! I looked online for a garage that would be open on a Sunday. Junior Lala's was the only one listed as being open on Sunday. I had my car towed there overnight. In the morning, I called and called, but no one answered the phone. Desperate, I decided to walk there from my hotel and found a couple of men working at the shop. One of the men told me the shop was closed. I explained my predicament to him and that this was the only shop open on Sunday that was listed on Google. He informed me that "their hours had changed and Google had not changed the hours on the listing. The man offered to work on my car if his boss would approve. The boss, who I believe was Junior, not only approved my repair, he also went to a store to pick up the part and came to the shop to write up the paperwork. All on a Sunday! I was especially grateful for a super reasonable price for the repair! They could have easily taken advantage of a single woman from out-of-town, but they went above and beyond to help me. I will be forever grateful! Thank-you so much!!
