I have no words to describe how HONEST JR is!!! I had other mechanics looking at my son’s truck and they all gave me quotes 3 times more expensive that he did. He was upfront with me and told me that it could be more expensive but also it could be cheaper, depending on what he would find out once he opened the transmission. He could’ve charged me whatever he wanted because I know absolutely NOTHING about cars. He was honest and told me EXACTLY what it needed to be done. I totally trust him and he will be my mechanic for life!!! I highly recommend him!!!

My Toyota had an issue with the engine coolant valve and Jorge met up with me almost immediately to get an accurate diagnostic. Every auto repair shop I called told me it was just an oil change and I just needed to reset the message but I knew it wasn't just that. He ordered the part I needed which was only sold by the dealer but he was able to get it with no hassle. He also quoted me with the best price in the area by far and even came to my location which was convenient and provided updates by text (he was done in about 40 minutes) while the places nearby said it would take hours of labor! Going to the dealership would have been a nightmare. He actually knows about cars and will thoroughly explain what is wrong and how to fix it without upselling unnecessary repairs and talking down to you. Highly recommend for all of your car needs! I used to always take my car to one of the fairly well-known, highly-recommended local mechanic shops in the downtown area for repairs. I was having issues recently with my starter/battery and that shop was giving me an estimate of around $1k to fix it. I thought I would call around to see what my other options were, and I'm glad I did, because not only did I end up saving hundreds of dollars - I also found my new mechanic. After even just the initial phone call with Jorge I decided "alright, I'm taking my car to this guy." He seems like a really earnest, hardworking, knowledgeable dude. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me in a straightforward, transparent way and made sure I understood everything. He didn't talk down to me or treat me like I was annoying or wasting his time, he just talked to me like a regular fellow human. He took the time to get a good sense of what my priorities were. He went way above and beyond my expectations with his service in multiple ways. I brought my car to him at the very end of the business day yesterday (Friday), and by the early afternoon today (less than 24 hours later !), I got a text from him saying he was all done and I could come pick up the car, even though I'd told him I would be fine waiting until Monday for it (so that he could just enjoy more of his Saturday instead) - at the place I used to go to, it would always take them at least a week to do any repairs, and it would always end up taking longer than the initial estimate they would give me. I picked up my car shortly after that and not only is it working great, it's in even better condition than I was expecting or than he charged me for. He's definitely gonna be my car guy from now on, and I'm absolutely gonna recommend him to anyone I know who's having car troubles.

I can confirm that every other five star review for Jorge is 100% accurate. I found myself stranded at Walmart because my car wouldn’t start. I texted and left a message for Jorge and he was quick to respond. He talked to me over the phone and tried to troubleshoot the problem. I had the car towed to his place and he was able to figure out the issue and fix the car within hours. He is honest, kind, communicated very well and is a truly skilled mechanic. I am so glad I found his services and will be a returning customer. Thank you, Jorge!

I went in to get my brakes fixed, oil changed, chain belt replaced and any other maintenance needed. All I can say is Wow!! Jorge is amazing. First of all, he explains everything so thoroughly and takes his time talking with you. He tells you what should be done and also gives you options on items you can wait to get done. He does not pressure at all, and is just a really nice person. When I left with my car, I was in shock. The car drove sooo much better than when I brought it in. I could tell a huge difference with the few repairs he made. I will definitely be going back with any other car items I need done. Thank you so much Jorge, for being a nice, honest and highly skilled mechanic!

Life is good when you have people like JR Negron Auto Repair you can trust to do good work and treat you fairly. Honest & dependable, that's what JR Negron’s Auto is to me! He have taken great care of our car. Short Story: I took my Lexus GX470 to a few Mechanic shop in orlando to replace my rear air suspension converter, struts & schocks, rear brake and front axle replacement as well they told it would cost about $6500 , I was very disappointed with the mechanic shops then a friend of mine recommended me to visit the Nextdoor Neighbor app, a good neighbor recommended JR Negron’s Auto Repair and I called him he came he troubleshoot the car, and he was able to fix the car for less than 70% less than the what the other mechanic shop charges. I’ve been driving the car for 2 weeks now, the ride is very smooth. Thanks JR Negron Mechanic Repair. I will always recommend the mechanics at JR Negron’s Auto repair with confidence.

My car Bella, a 2012 Chrysler 200, was having issues that was originally diagnosed from another person that it could’ve been a bad alternator. However, I knew I needed a second opinion from JORGE!! He checked Bella and it turned out to just be a loose bolt🤯 He tightened it up, I drove it and it’s been a few days since and my car is all good! Call up Jorge now he’s reasonable with his prices and he is very honest. Save your trip to any car shop that may rip you off and call up your local Mobile mechanic Jorge !

As many of you out there, I was also looking at reviews in search of an auto repair service and decided to call Junior Negron and it was the best decision. I am so thankful I found this mechanic, my car was driving rough and I didn’t know what it was so I took it to JR Negron Auto Repair. He immediately knew what the problem was, Helped me get the parts I needed and replaced them. He was very honest and super friendly, gave me a very good price also. I recommend him to anyone that needs a good job done and affordable price. If I could give him 6 stars I would.

JR was very responsive and professional from start to finish. He was upfront with the total cost of parts and labor, and used his discount for parts purchase. He even showed me what prices would be if I were to purchase them on my own at Autozone. The repair of my Harmonic balancer, front crankshaft seal, and serpentine belt on my 2010 Genesis was flawless. He even picked up the parts and performed the work in my garage! Will definitely be using his services again!
