Woman was rude. I read her the tire size three times and even said each number by itself over the phone just so that it was clear since sometimes over phone call it doesn’t take very well. She said they had the tire, I drive over there and I tell her I was the one who called about the tire and she listed off a different tire size then we talked about. I said no, it was this one and listed off my tire size again. She shook her head at me and kept saying no and I told her wrong. Then she went and checked for herself. Then came back and said they didn’t have the tire. I had heard good things about them but I wouldn’t do business with her again. She was rude and tried to blame me when she said they had my tire in stock when they didn’t and then tried to say I told them a different tire size instead of just saying sorry.

We were in Wichita on Easter Sunday from out of town and had a flat. JR tires was the only place open and we waited only 10 minutes for our turn and another 10 for him to fix our tire. Very affordable and high quality service. This man works very hard, is so kind and does great work.

I was passing through Wichita and my TPMS light came on. The man working here checked my tires and let out some air. He also patiently and in good humor taught me some stuff about air pressure I didn’t know. And he did it free of charge— what a gem!

JR @ JR Tires was excellent. He was open on a Sunday when most tire places weren't. He could not fix our tire but gave us a reasonable price on a very good used tire, looks almost brand new. I HIGHLY recommend him to fix your tire fast, courteous and reasonable.

We were out of town, kids in the car, snow storm, a low tire with a nail in it with 300 miles to go. Every place was closed or booked due to the weather and it being a Sunday. He willingly got out in the snow, patched our tire and only charged us $15! Obviously he received a nice tip.

If it wasn't for the lady that work here I can't lie I wouldn't even come here she is strong great at her job and won't let no man try to play head games with her And I love it I was Always support any woman that gets it in and does a better job then a man and then don't cry service fast service is right and she gives truth if you ask her, her opinion....

I was very impressed with the service at JR Tire. I took my car in on a Sunday afternoon and he found two nails in the tire and repaired it. His parking lot was full, but we’re we’re in and out in less than thirty minutes. Great Service!

The woman who works here was very strong and handled both of my huge full size truck tires professionally. She worked quickly and I was out of there very quickly. Awesome job. If you go they only take cash. No cards.
