Jose and his team at JRC are the most diligent, reliable, honest, hardworking, and efficient mechanics in all of Green Country! JRC does work for several of our dealerships but I was so impressed by their honesty, integrity, and their work that I bring all of my personal vehicles to them only! JRC is also who I recommend first when someone asks me about a reputable shop. their pricing and their work are unbeatable. Jose and his team even leave the old parts that they replaced in your vehicle so you know that the job was truly done. Jose has always answered any and all of my questions so that I fully understand whatever the issue or problem was and what to do moving forward for maintenance or so the same issue does not happen again. They will also file the warranty claims for you, should that issue ever arise. A+++++!

Jose and his team are the best! They are very thorough and honest, label every new part placed with written dates, and leave your car clean when returned to you. They made it easy for me to keep up with what services I had already done to my car and only did repairs that were necessary. I would use them for everything!

Nice, clean & organize shop. First time I see something like this. Excellent customer service. His website is really nice & easy to use. They did a good job in my car. Best thing; they left inside of my car all the parts & empty containers that they used. I can match with my invoice every single parts. LOVE IT!!

Always fast and friendly and always shows you any removed parts for proof that they were changed. Shop is super clean.

Extremely knowledgeable, quality work, and competitively priced. I use JRC for all of my company vehicles as well as my personal and wouldn’t trust anyone else. You won’t find better service or experience anywhere but here.

Great customer service! Got my car fixed in a reasonable time and price. Shop was very clean and he offered a detailing job that looked incredible. Highly recommend, never been to a better mechanic!

Had a great experience at JRC Auto Service. My car was professional analyzed and the problems were explained so I could realize what needed to be done. I approved all. When I picked up my car not only was all the problems resolved but the engine bay and the exterior was detailed. I do believe I have found a new garage/detail shop that I will continue to patronize.

I have sent multiple cars here and José always takes great care of us. If he changes the part, he make sure to let you know and show you the original was bad. Truly, an honest mechanic, which is hard to find.

I went in JRC Auto Service to get my car’s brake pads and oil changed a month back, and I can certainly say JRC is the it place to go if you are needing your car fixed. The establishment is fast-working, respectable towards new customers and the owner is super friendly! He was super easy to talk to and was able to help me with my vehicle, I was in and out in no time! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a Hispanic-English owner who knows his way around a car!

Jose and his Team did an incredible job fixing my girlfriend's Jeep and saved us a ton of money instead of taking to the Dealership. He is definitely my go to mechanic going forward!!!!

If I could I'd give this business 1/2star...I didn't actually get a chance to deal with them...I made two attempts to get my car worked on there( the first trip I showed up 30 minutes after they were supposed to open and no one was there( waited 30 minutes and left) got a call back 45 minutes later( confirmed that they opened at 8:30, and let them know I'd come back, Monday morning. I got there at 8:40am Monday morning( they wasn't open and no one was there yet) I waited an hour(and someone else.. maybe another customer came by..they waited 15-20 minutes and left) This place was referred by a co-worker,but I'll never waste my time with them again..way too Unprofessional 👎👎👎

I am a service advisor for a local car lot. I take most of my cars to JRC. His integrity and work, makes all the difference when it comes to keeping customers satisfied with repairs.
