Do not take your vehicle to JRC Tires....poor workmanship on a wheel alignment. Received an $85 additional charge because the camber on my vehicle needed adjustment. According to Mavis, Discount Tire, Firestone, Pep Boys, a wheel alignment consist of camber, toe and caster adjustment, there is no additional charge for camber adjustment. Save your money and take your vehicle to a professional and reputable repair shop that provides you with an Alignment Report print out and uses a computerized wheel alignment machine instead of a piece of rope tied from the front tire to the rear tire. After explaining to the owner and providing a printed document of what is included in a wheel alignment, he replied "I always charge extra for camber adjustment ". I responded to him "you are the only one". "Enjoy the extra $85....I am a five year client that has brought to you all of my family's vehicles for wheel alignment for the past five years, to include multiple referrals..... you will not see me again". If you doubt what I just wrote....go ahead and make his day by taking your car to JRC Tires.....thanks for reading and please pass it along to friends and family.

$200 wasted on a tire balance and still not balanced.

***WARNING*** **This place does not warranty the work they just completed!** They supposedly performed a tier rotation, balance & alignment on my vehicle 5/6/2024. When I called them to check their work because the vehicle still bounces at 60 mph, Manny told me I could bring it in for an appointment & the balance would cost me $200. I explained to him this was a service that was just paid for why would a new payment need to be made, I could bring the receipt to show it was just paid for. His response was "we don't warranty our work". He told me he was eating right now so brushed me off the phone but explained one more time, take the vehicle in & they would charge me $200 for the balance because they don't warranty the work, I would have to pay again. This service was just completed so that is unfair. The way they handle business, they don't care if customers return. Plus $200 for a balance is not fair at all. They are out scamming people. I took the car to a real mechanic whom I explained what has been going on with both companies involved, they told me not to worry; My car & me is now in good hands. These honest mechanics took me back to educate me on a couple of things. They where kind enough to provide me with videos & pictures to prove nothing JRC Tire Shop was paid to do was completed & they never even removed a tier because the tiers did not come off easy & that is a sign they were on for a long time. The photo I am sharing here of the inside of the tire has the weights circled. They are weights that you can clearly see are not new, have been on for a while. I am being scammed and this is not fair! JRC Tire Shop did nothing to my vehicle. I am a single mother of three that was scammed by bad people. I will be making a complaint to the department of agriculture as well with all the pictures & videos. I recommend you do not take your vehicle to this dishonest place of business. ***ADVERTENCIA*** **¡Este lugar no garantiza el trabajo que acaban de completar!** Supuestamente realizaron una rotación, equilibrio y alineación de niveles en mi vehículo el 6/05/2024. Cuando los llamé para verificar su trabajo porque el vehículo todavía rebota a 60 mph, Manny me dijo que podía llevarlo a una cita y que el saldo me costaría $200. Le expliqué que este era un servicio que recién se pagó y por qué sería necesario realizar un nuevo pago. Podría traer el recibo para demostrar que recién se pagó. Su respuesta fue "no garantizamos nuestro trabajo". Me dijo que estaba comiendo ahora mismo, así que me descartó el teléfono, pero me explicó una vez más: llevara el vehículo y me cobrarían $ 200 por el saldo porque no garantizan el trabajo, tendría que pagar nuevamente. Este servicio se acaba de completar, por lo que es injusto. Por la forma en que manejan los negocios, no les importa si los clientes regresan. Más $200 por un saldo no es nada justo. Están estafando a la gente. Llevé el auto a un verdadero mecánico a quien le expliqué lo que había pasado con ambas empresas involucradas, me dijeron que no me preocupara; Mi coche y yo ahora estamos en buenas manos. Estos mecánicos honestos me llevaron de regreso para educarme sobre un par de cosas. Tuvieron la amabilidad de proporcionarme videos e imágenes para demostrar que nada por lo que se le pagó a JRC Tire Shop se completó y ni siquiera eliminaron un nivel porque los niveles no salieron fácilmente y eso es una señal de que estuvieron allí durante mucho tiempo. . La foto que comparto aquí del interior del neumático tiene los pesos rodeados por un círculo. Son pesas que se puede ver claramente que no son nuevas, llevan un tiempo puestas. ¡Me están estafando y esto no es justo! JRC Tire Shop no le hizo nada a mi vehículo. Soy madre soltera de tres hijos y fui estafada por gente mala. También presentaré una queja al departamento de agricultura con todas las fotografías y videos. Le recomiendo que no lleve su vehículo a este lugar de negocio deshonesto.

As I read these reviews, the majority of them had to been written by the owners truthfully, they are super unprofessional. For starters, I called at 9:06 who I am assuming is the owner told me I was early and that they opened at 9 AM he belligerently didn’t know what time it was and laughed about. I told him I needed attire their services I used English you don’t know English can you put me on with someone who does we don’t open yet what his response I get there it’s appointment only even though he told me to come just to tell me it’s appointment only it was your invitation. They are horrible and so is mega tires. I’ll be doing the review on them also.

I got a flat, had the spare tire put in, googled a tire shop near me and JRC tire shop came up, I called and Levi I think he's name is, answered and said had my tire, when I got there him and Angel were sweethearts. They helped me and were amazing to me, they have multiple selections in used but good tires like new. Thank God for them. I'm now on the road safe. I highly recommend JRC Tire shop.

Bought 4 new tires and had them installed here. After 2 unsuccessful balancing attempts and 3 days later I had to take it to another shop to get it done correctly. Also they have a special “Buy 4 tires and replace lug nuts” The “mechanic” at the shop stripped almost all the nuts and then claimed it was already like that. How did he get the tires off 3 times while stripped like that makes no sense?? How can you possible not take responsibility for your work? After having to replace all 20 lug nuts at another shop I kept 2 as a souvenir.

Bought a used tire from them the guy didn't even know anything about any tires sold me a bad tire went back to get another one cuz they said they would have one for me and they didn't I really don't recommend this place to nobody all their tires are very bad and their sales rep doesn't know anything about tires
