JR and his team did outstanding work on our hail damaged truck. Not only was the body and paint work done well but he threw in extras that were above and beyond the expected repair work. And I feel like I made a new friend along the way. Thanks JR!

I brought in our vehicle after we got t-boned in November it took awhile to get parts in to fix the vehicle. However throughout this 3 month process they kept in contact about the status of parts ect. After we took the car in they took a few extra days to make it right mostly due to the weather. While it took awhile to get the vehicle fixed they did a great job with amazing quality. Car was cleaned and a few scratches that weren't part of the accident was repaired. Definitely worth the wait if you want a quality product.

Wow, I'm impressed! I took my truck there, and I was told depending on insurance when I will get it back. Everyone was great. I picked up my vehicle and noticed a small minor mistake but I could have lived with it. JR called the next day and said it shouldn't have been sent out like that and wanted to fix it to make it right. So at this very moment my truck is back in the shop. I'll touch base when I get it back.ow

Horrible if you want your car done in a timely manner. Car has been in there for 2 months and they have had the last price for 2 months. Every time I call they push the finish date back. Poor customer service and very poor work ethic

Someone slammed their door onto my car and I had a massive door ding and paint scratches. JR's did excellent job; its looks better than expected, they were fast, friendly and cost effective. Will use again for sure and we recommend them.

A great body shop. Unfortunately, I've has used this body shop multiple times, and have always had great customer service. The last time all my parts were painted and prepped before I arrived, so I was only out of my vehicle for 2 hours. I will definitely use them for all my body shop needs.

I had my car towed here the week before Christmas. They had my car for over a month and NOT ONE TIME CALLED ME OR WOULD CALL ME BACK FOR AN UPDATE OR ANY OTHER REASON. I HAD TO LRAVE MY JOB, TWICE, TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO HIS SHOP TO GET AN UPDATE! I took it to him because a coworker said it was a good shop. So I asked my coworker to text him and see why no one would answer the phone or call me back. He immodestly texted my coworker back saying they were just busy, but he had time to text with my coworker. I finally get it back and the ac doesn't work!!!!!!! They replaced ac stuff yet didn't make sure it worked before I took it back. That was the end of January. My ac has quit working 3 times now and I was told I needed to take it to the shop that JRS took it to instead of them taking care of it...now I've missed much more work doing what JR's should have done to begin with. I'm finally done messing with jr calling me back so I leave work again and drive to his shop. Jeff, the front office person has been rude from the start and if had it. I finally got really mad. Why does no one that gets paid to do a job, have the integrity to actually do it and do it right. There is no customer service and I have every right to be livid. So now my car is burning something in the engine and it's probably ruining my motor. It jrs doesn't care one bit. I asked Jeff what I was supposed to do, it there is a burning smell, it probably isn't safe to drive. He gets mad at me then and says he can't give me an answer. So I guess I'm just supposed to drive it and hope and pray it doesn't catch fire, not to mention the ac is busted again on a car with 45,000 miles. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF IN RHE WRECK YOU NEED ENGINE WORK!!!!!!!

JR works hard and is friendly and fair. The work is always done well & he is honest. He went above & beyond to fix a thing others would have lied about. He called to confirm before ignoring or doing the work only to have it be an issue & have to redo the work if I chose to do the work.

very professional work and place of business. My truck was restored back to factory after an accident. I cannot tell that any work had been done to my truck. Excellent service, excellent work, I highly recommend JR's to anyone that need body work done. He even fixed the "door dings" around the truck and I cannot tell they were ever there.

I used JR's to repair my Tahoe after an accident. He was referred to me by a long term friend who has been in the used car business many years. The work was completed in less time than estimated and the truck looked brand new! JR's is a locally owned business without all the corporate bull. The owner is there everyday and wants to visit with every customer. He actually was the one to call me and tell me the truck was ready and walked around the vehicle graciously accepting my approval when I picked it up. His new location and building is very nice.
