If you drive a Mercedes Benz, you are crazy not take your car to JSG Automotive!!! We have been taking our beloved GLS 450 to JSG since 2020. Always fair, always the highest quality work, great at communicating, if they say they will do something by a certain time, they do. Unfortunately, our vehicle suffered damage due to hurricane Helene and we found ourselves going back and forth with our car insurance company to try to ensure we were treated fairly. JSG Automotive provided accurate and timely information to our insurance company throughout the entire situation, even when the insurance company was acting unprofessional. The knowledge and expertise of JSG Automotive staff as well as their clear communication directly contributed to a positive outcome with our insurance claim. We are so grateful for not only their expertise with Mercedes Benz but also their professionalism and the way they put their customers first. Now we are in the market for a new car, and of course we are shopping for another Mercedes, not only because they are great cars but also because we can't stand the thought of losing JSG as our automotive service provider. Thank you JSG!!

I have been taking my C300 here for several years. They do quality work at a very reasonable price compared to the dealer. We even find a yearly holiday card in the mail with a coupon, which is thoughtful and appreciated! Highly recommend JSG for your Mercedes-Benz!

Each time that I dlvr a vehicle here... I can sense why customers rely upon them to bring life back to their possessions! The care that they take on keeping the yard tidy & organized reflects on their personal attention to each vehicle. The floor... it looks showroom shined! But rest assured that they do use the garage to work on vehicles!

This place is horrible I took my car here they claimed to fix it , spent over 4000 for my car to have the same issue they supposedly fixed on top of they broke 2 of my cameras on my Mercedes it is also stuck in sports mode now, they put bonding glue all around my bumper, and my camera to back up no longer works , all of these things worked perfectly before I took it to them , and now they refuse to fix it and I’m still in warranty with them HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT SPEND $$ WITH THESE PEOPLE

For the first time it felt like they were more interested in price gauging than offering quality repairs. My car still smells like petrol though they claim to have fixed the leak.

I knew they would come in cheaper than the dealership 🙄 but they applied a simple fix & got me out the door for less than $100. Pleasantly surprised for a Benz specialist. I recommend.

Great Family owned business. They are very honest! I think that’s an important quality any mechanic should have. Sharon and Christina are the front office Staff and both very knowledgeable anytime you call in with a Mercedes concern or question. Christina can usually give you an idea when calling about what may be your mechanical issue but of course to be certain she suggests and she’s right it’s always best to just run your diagnostic check. They have GREAT SERVICE, FAIR and REASONABLE PRICING and I like the fact if there are a list of repairs needed they prioritize based on year and model what’s needed first for your vehicle to operate properly verses what they can get the most money from and Mr. James does EXCELLENT WORK. I’ve never had to return to have the same problem repaired as I have with other places. My family only uses JSG. I highly recommend JSG Automotive for new and or used Mercedes Benz repairs.

I had to have expensive repairs done to my Mercedes and was referred to JSG after the 'Official' quote was felt too high. I must compliment JSG to the fullest for the quality of work performed at far lower cost by the kindest of people. From now on I'll take my car there for it's services as well.

I went to JSG for an oil change. When I arrived the receptionist informed me that the credit card machine was not working and that they do not take checks and only cash. When I received a call from them informing me that my vehicle was ready, she reported no issues. Then received another call back informing me that an air strut needed to be replaced. Upon arrival to get my vehicle fixed, the lady informed me that they would be more than happy to contact my warranty. I provided her the information via phone the next day. After a week and heard nothing, I called to check. She reported that they left a message. I was thinking for a claims hotline leaving a message. Did not sound correct. I called myself and received a live person immediately. Till this day, still have not heard from JSG about the issue as a result, I went to Mercedes in which addressed the issue immediately. Poor customer service. I do not recommend to anyone to go to this place.

The first time I used JSG the dealer quoted me over $2k for a sensor and a bunch of other things that I should "go ahead and replace while they have everything apart". I took my 2007 E320 to James and he fixed it for $600. I have taken my car to him for the past 4 years now and he always does a great job and lets me know what may be around the corner or what to look / listen for. Christina and Sharon in the office always do a great job as well! Thanks JSG! David

For the past year, I have taken my C240 Mercedes to this shop for seals, sensors, and oil changes. I am very pleased with the results. The front desk ladies are very knowledgeable and are able to provide estimates over the phone. This shop is reasonable pricing and does quality work. Great to have a quality Mercedes independent shop in the Charlotte area.

I have a Chrysler Crossfire (that's an SLK with a Chrysler emblem on it), which these guys were able to take into their shop and get an oil leak fixed in 24 hrs. The dealership quoted me a week's repair with over $1k in parts/labor. JSG hooked me up much cheaper (under $400) and I have no oil leaks now. The ladies who answer the phone are knowledgeable about common things that go wrong and can provide a confident clue on cost and issue just by describing the problem over the phone. I am extremely impressed!
