Purchased a vehicle from them almost 2 months ago and after having the vehicle for a few days noticed that they put about 400 miles on it and used all the gas (I did not drive it besides taking the vehicle home). They seemed honest throughout the whole process until that point. I purchased a warranty on the vehicle and they go based on the miles on the purchase agreement so I lost 400 miles of my warranty due to this.

Re review talked to the manager and his brother very awesome people helped me out and gave me a good deal 100 percent recommend one of the employees they got tho needs better training with his customer service only bad thing

I wouldn't recommend this shop to everyone. Take my 2012 gmc to get the engine rebuild. The owner tell me he would be the one to do the job and would send me pictures of everything being done to the suv. Dont me wrong I did use a Finance Company to get the cash to start the job. After the work was done I didn't Receive any pictures of parts that where put in. But after they done the work the owner call me to asking if I knew if the Motor mount was broken I said no the was find when I Took it in and he said will it broken. When ask what it will take to get it fix all he said do you really want to do right now. Went to go see the suv I ask if I can take it for a test drive the owe said ok. We had already talk about making payments for the Remaining balance. Give him half of what I owe of the remaining balance and take my gmc. The owner call me a couple days later tell me he need the money owe I tell him that we had already talked about the payment Arrangement. But he Said he never said anything about payments. Get the owner the remaining balance a week later. 8 months later and 3 oil changes the valve covers where leaking very bad take it back and was tell the valve cover gases where no good. I was like really they are only 8 months old. They did replace them after talk to the employee. And sending pictures for poor from the shop where oil changes are done. But now it been 10 months the suv stat running Rough had to take to a Real mechanic just to found out the spark plugs are old and not Changed out. They put the old one back in. Guess it was good to be True. I know the owner Sebastian going to come on here and say he did everything right but he's a lier and when he know hes in The wrong. He will pass he's Employee To talk to the customers while he hides in the back or takes off. NOT A MAN OF HE WORD. IT ONLY BEEN A LITTLE OVER YEAR DONT LET HIM FOOL YOU GUYS

Be careful. This shop cuts corners. They might not actually do the work they are paid to do and then when you go back they will try to charge you again to refix what they already should have fixed.

I don't even know where to start. I was traveling thru from Arizona to Minnesota in a high mileage old car that just blew a rear axle seal and bearing on Thursday evening. These guys took my car in and got me on the road by the next afternoon. Awesome folks here. I honestly wish there was more mechanic shops like this around the nation. Honest folks here not looking to take advantage of you. Aaron was the one who helped me out and went above and beyond to make my old car was road worthy and I made it clear to Minnesota where I was going. These guys definitely deserve ALL the business!!!!

I expressed I needed help with my vehicle, described the problems, and they immediately knew what the problem might be. After inspection, they were very responsive to the issue, got me in and out of the door in a timely manner. My vehicle is running great. Thank you guys for your hard work.

Definitely would not recommend!. Very unprofessional and rude they got mad when I didn't allow them to overcharge my insurance and refuse to give me a refund even though no work was done on their part. Lied about ordering parts to extort money.

Don’t let the area fool you this place saved me so much money best warranty to had a engine replace on a veloster ended up getting a great deal and these guys are all nice great people really professional all the way around I definitely recommend them and will be returning again Want to give a big thank you to the owner and all The guys that did the work great job love the way my cars running better then before thank you guys so much These guys are absolutely amazing definitely gonna become my normal shop to go to really nice people really helpful with any questions I had as well

I had my front brakes done there @ JSV Automotive on a 2012 Nissan Altima, they did a great job and I believe the gentamens name that help me was Aaron, he did a fantastic job explaining the process. Good job guys 👍

I would like to give a special thank you to the man who works the front desk he was courteous helpful and all together wonderful and made sure that even though I could not afford some of the services that I needed on my vehicle my vehicle was still safe for my trip and then encouraged me to come back and have the services I originally needed done at a later date I tried to give a $25 tip and he wouldn't even take it. I'll definitely go back ☺️☺️

I took my car to JSV on Menaul Boulevard and had an excellent experience there. Although, they didn't take on the project because, it was non-repairable. But, I wasn't charged for the hour and a half inspection and I got an honest review and for these days it's hard to find a honest mechanic. The owner at JSV could have taken advantage of me and at least charge me for the hour & half inspection it took them to dissect my vehicle. Make a long story short JSV on Menaul Boulevard is my go to mechanic. Ask to speak to Martin. I hope this post helps save someone valuable time and money. God bless.

My A/C stopped working yesterday suddenly , mind you it’s been 104 like everyday the last week and every auto ac repair shop was booked for weeks. I called JSV and they told me to take the car the next morning at 10, they got my car back to me by 1 o’clock same day because it jus needed an evac and re charge. Also fixed a leaking valve and now the AC is blowing ice COLD. They gave me honest feedback and didn’t try to make it more than it was and I truly appreciate that. They have earned my business with any issues moving forward. Great company with good prices. .

This is one of the best shops in ABQ they do all my work and never have a problem
