My car felt like it had some loss of power for about a month or so. Wasn't too concerning at first and I wasn't due for an oil change for another 1000 miles so I decided to wait (oops). Then my red light oil light started going off and on and then my car almost stopped running at one point. I started to panick and call around and no one could take me in. This guy was able to take my car in same day and was able to get my car back up and running like new by the following day. Great communication throughout the entire process. Fair prices and quality work from JT and I would reccomend this place to anyone!

Called in for a blown out clutch and a young lady answered the phone very kind and polite. This is where their customer service ends. Quoted me $1,800 for a clutch kit WITHOUT a fly wheel. With a fly wheel a little over 2k. They started taking the car apart on Tuesday 11/29 in the AM and by 0856 I called them and told them to stop because I got a cheaper price elsewhere. $1700 for EVERYTHING W/ FLYWHEEL. They said fine and would put the axles back on and charged $410 for their service. I paid them via cashappp in full. By the time my car was towed out of there, my car was in shambles.... -Exhaust pipe hanging loose -Ball joints were blew out -Backing plates were pushed up against the rotors and were scratched and ruined - No exhaust shield - Struts were loose / barely on at all This staff is either petty, spiteful or just negligent. NO excuse for such a high rated company to provide such POOR repairs.

I definitely would recommend these guys! My review is based on my recent service and visit all though I’ve been there a few times already. They are always so pleasant to me when I bring my car there, and very helpful any situations I’ve been in! and just for general maintenance on my vehicle. I have never had an issue with this shop. I will continue to come here and refer people to them! Thanks!

I drive a salvage car, so I have had a lot of mechanic experience, and was lucky enough to have a friend who was a mechanic in New Orleans where I live -- JT Auto charged me too much for what work was done, in my opinion. I probably was upcharged for being a woman, and I was too busy with dealing with work to bother negotiating. I think everyone was pleasant, and they did the work really quickly. So far, the car seems to be driving great. However, the price charged does not make me feel good about this experience and even though I work in Baltimore and will need a regular mechanic, I will not be coming back here.

I went here today to get new brakes for my entire truck. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time. I brought my laptop and notebook for work thinking I was gonna be there for at least an hour to an hour and half but to my surprise they finished my entire truck in 10 to 15 minutes. They’re super fast, cost efficient and professional. I will definitely be coming back to them in the very near future for all of my auto repair work. Keep up the good work!!

JT Auto fixed my car last week for many things, but turns out the catalytic converter is going bad so my check engine light came back on. Today, they recommended that I not fix it at this time due to the cost and my situation. I appreciate their input.

I called over the phone I was told a alternator is definitely the promblem when nothing changed they then said it the starter after paying 450 for the alternator and now my Bluetooth and other parts won’t work they had a 711 big gulp under my hood now function that worked b4 I brought it in now I can’t even listen to music anymore beware once they fix something at there shop there attitude change toward paying customers beware beware I have the same issue I brought it in for

They were very flexible with my schedule. I appreciate their honesty about my flat tire and not being able to fix it for me. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because ultimately they couldn't fix my issue and I had to go to a different auto shop. I would use them again in the future!

I had an outstanding experience with JT automotive. My Sable was misfiring for several years, and I came in today and they had it fixed within hours, at a cost that was a fraction of some of the other quotes I received. They called several times to make sure I was ok with every step. Fully recommend.
