3-12-2024: Easily 5 stars. Arrived at doors-open, got my vehicle back by around lunch for a wiring issue with my EcoBoost Turbo system (caused by a different, lesser skilled auto shop in North Houston). The office & garage personnel were alert, friendly, and engaging in every step of the process. This is the shop for you if you want 100% no doubt your technical issues will get fixed right and stay that way with a solid guarantee on the work.

I have had my car and my son's car serviced here for over a year and it is the ONLY place we trust! They are upfront, quick and professional. Bryan has alwasy been courteous and honest in his professionalism!

Jason at J&T Auto was the person I called the day my wife's car overheated at the Grocery store. Bryan is the person I normally talk to, so Jason really did not know me. After my call Jason immediately took charge. He dispatched two J&T teams to my wife's location. One team carefully took her car to the J&T shop. The second team drove my wife home and also carried her groceries into our house. I have been a customer of J&T for years. However, I have never experienced any thing like this service. Generally I drive the car to their shop and in turn they drive me home. This particular episode is beyond anything I have ever experienced. This place is AMAZING! Zack is incredibly trustworthy and genuinely great to work with. The mechanics are knowledgeable and always ready to help. This is the ONLY place we trust with our vehicles. Update: They were very prompt in reaching out to me ensuring everything would be amended. Quality of work was superb, and Jason and his team at J&T took time to call about my experience work through a more than fair solution to some unforeseen circumstances. Was very surprised at how much these guys strive to be perfect.

Very professional work at great prices. Took my truck in had no idea what was going on with it and the team at J&T auto diagnosed it and then went the extra mile with pictures of everything on my truck and gave me warnings of what could happen with good quotes. They keep good contact and do the job correctly and in a reasonable timeframe. Their online quote is great to see what you are dealing with and a break down of part price and then cost of mechanics time. I will always be bringing my vehicles in to J&T whenever they need service.

Walking into J&T Automotive you see a spotlessly clean modern facility and are greeted by a professional well dressed staff. My car was dropped off, an estimate was later texted for my approval, and the repair completed that same day. I send my wife there.

Best service I've had in a long time! Would highly recommend! Had at least 2 other mechanics over the last few months tell me this and that and never fix my vehicle. J&T diagnosed correctly immediately and fixed the problem. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Also the customer service was top notch! Would very highly recommend to anyone! Honest and reliable all the way!

Bryan went out of his way to make the experience easy!! The front office staff are very friendly and chatted with me while I waited for my car to be pulled up. My AC and heat are now working great!! I would highly recommend this shop for anything you need.

I recently found J&T in 2023 I believe and I continue to bring my car to them because they are transparent and provide amazing customer service!! Bryan does a great job of communicating with me and updating me on my car repairs. I only wish I would have found them sooner! Highly recommend

We could not find the the tool to unlock the lug nuts to remove the front tires for strut replacement. They went to discount tire than to Volkswagen to fix the problem. Above and beyond old timey customer service. Thank you Zack!!!

They Always take good care of my vehicle. I like the pictures they send me and also how they explain everything that needs to be done (now) and will need to be done in the future. They also can drive you back home, if you live near by so you can leave your car at the shop. The one thing I wish they did was rinse/quick exterior clean the car before giving it back. Great service for reasonable price!

Absolutely amazing service from Oscar and the team. They were so nice and thorough and super quick. Mike, the shuttle driver, is an absolute joy and so funny. I’m certain we’ll be back but fingers crossed for not soon.

I discovered J&T Automotive after my friend had his Ferrari inspected there and recommended J&T. He told me how good they were. So I took my Ferrari there for inspection. And now I take my other cars & truck there for any service needed. What made them special to me is how they treated my wife when her car needed service. They are fast, reliable, skilled and fair. The entire team is outstanding. They work hard to make sure you are happy and they follow up after you leave to verify all is working as it should. I was impressed how they would accommodate our schedules. Their pricing is fair, the expertise is outstanding, the facility is clean and the guys are honest and work as a team. I would give them six stars if I could. They are that good.

I’ve used J&T for 20 years and they’ve worked on every car I’ve owned from Ford and Chevrolet to Lexus and Mercedes, and always done a great job. They’re thorough, professional, honest, and stand behind their work. They've done everything from change the oil to put in a new motor for me. I've even used their body shop. I have no hesitation recommending them.

I have never been impressed with an automotive repair shop until now!!! Bryan answered my call and went right to work!!! He secured the part from Landrover, I paid in advance for the part but when it was time to have my car towed for repairs? Bryan went to work! He called in my extended warranty and secured payment , fixed my car and issued me a refund for what I paid in advance !!! My car was fixed in a couple days to my surprise and I was called all along the way with updates! When I picked up the car they act like I was family! Made sure they explained what was wrong and how they fixed it!!! They gave me a warranty on their work and even hand washed the dang car! I was impressed and was treated so well by them! I was mad I stumbled upon them and hadn’t heard of them before I fooled with these other non ethical shops! I highly recommend them! And will only take my cars to them from now on! I’ve been telling everyone about them! They are busy I can tell but they are worth every second of any wait you might have! I personally didn’t have to wait! Whoever owns this place truly get it! I pray blessings over this place and team! They are simply amazing!

I just purchased a Range Rover and needed to get it serviced oil change....I literally went by the Google reviews in choosing this place and wasn't disappointed in the service, reasonable prices and the detail inspection of my car, I'll be back, plus they provided a Lyft back to my house after I dropped off,they immediately gained my trust

This is the BEST shop I've ever used. From Dallas, I was able to have my car towed from Audi dealership, where they couldn't even diagnose for a week, to J&T and they had it fixed and detailed in 48 hrs. From express overnight shipping for parts to 2x day updates...it was like dealing with family. I called in distress and was assured I could continue with my out of state moving plans. As a woman it's hard to trust a mechanic but believe me, this shop goes above and beyond to ensure the customer experience is remarkable. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

What a fantastic shop. Zach was helpful, insightful, non-pressuring, and didn’t fear monger me into repairs that wasn’t due or warranted. Great location. Yes, J&T will have my business in the future.
