Everyone at Julie's is amazing. We received awesome customer service. We were in an auto accident and my vehicle was taken to this shop. My SUV can be difficult I can say that for sure, but Hero and the team got it done and my vehicle looks beautiful. I recommend this shop to whoever needs it. Thanks guys I am one happy customer!!

This was a preferred repair shop thru my insurgence company so I was going to choose my own. But I'm so glad that I chose this place after looking at their reviews. They did an Amazing job on my car. The owner Josh and his assistant Jas were so good at listening to my concerns and addressing every single one of them!! Thank You!! My car looks and runs Great!! If you’re looking for a top tier auto body shop with outstanding customer service, Juiels Auto Clinic is your spot! I dropped my truck off for a passenger window replacement in the morning and a couple of hours later I got a call from Josh letting me know it was ready to go! Highly recommend these guys, very professsional!

I’ve taken two of my vehicles to Juiels for body and paint repair and was very impressed by the detail of the work that was done I will continue using them in the future or recommend them to family and friends. I forgot that I sent my daughter to have her car repaired there and she was very happy with the work. 👍

I have to say that Juiels Auto Clinic came through for me. I respect a business and its team that puts quality first. Originally, due to some hectic circumstances and a work force that doesn't take pride in their work, my truck was released to me with less than satisfactory results. Josh did everything he could to help, but his staff at the time couldn't produce the quality he expected. My paint started to orange peel, color matching was off, and there were other issues. Josh was aware of these issues and took it upon himself to contact me and correct them. He went above and beyond to ensure that quality was achieved. Before, my truck was an eyesore due to these issues, and people would comment on it constantly. But now it looks great! Josh and his staff did an amazing job, and I would confidently use them again. Great job!

Staff is amazing. Took my 2020 Dodge charger there for some repairs, the work was phenomenal. Staff was very friendly. I even had a minor issue a couple of weeks later with something non related to repairs they fixed the first time. I just so happened to be in the area, I thought to myself let me just take it there and see what they can do, worst the can say is no. The staff sprung into action and fixed the issue right away. I really appreciate the work they have done for me. I will definitely be using this auto clinic in the future.

Too long of a story to put on here... But they were paid for the job before my car even got there...things happened and they were not completely honest with me so I had to get the check back from them..... So be careful before you use these people...

Definitely the best place I've been too. Been in a couple accidents and all other places I've been don't hold a candle to this place. The owner kept me updated throughout the process and finished my vehicle 2 weeks earlier when I was supposed to be waiting for a month. My vehicle came back looking brand new and I felt like I was a part of the whole process!

The staff at Juiels are amazing to work with. They go out of their way to make sure they make the best out of the bad situation. Not only did they provide constant status updates but they also finished 8 days early and even cleaned and vacuumed my car. They also have a great rapport with Enterprise if you need a rental. I recently brought my car into the shop to get some work done and I was so impressed by how professional Jueils Auto Clinic was! As a woman, it's rare that I have a great experience at an auto shop where I feel respected and taken care of. Josh provided outstanding service with consistent communication and frequent updates on the status of my car. He took the time to explain things to me and provided a reasonable timeline on how long things would take. Josh and his team delivered, as I was very impressed with the quality and swiftness of their work. It was my 1st time bringing my vehicle to Juiels Auto Clinic. They are a small mom’s and pop’s shop. I got on the internet and saw such good ratings and read customer’s positive experience. All is true. Josh and Jazmyn have been so helpful from beginning to end, including the hands that help repair my vehicle. Juiels auto clinic has done such a good job with my vehicle and they do such good craftsmanship. I was so thankful that they were able to schedule me in, after experiencing bad craftsmanship from Caliber Collision on Perrin beitle Rd. I called Juiels and they schedule me an appointment quick. I experienced great customer service, and they do listen and they will take care of you. They do care about your safety. I can Vouch and say bring your vehicle in. You will also have a good experience and leave happy too. 😃 I definitely recommend Juiels. Thank y’all so much.

My experience here was beyond amazing. From my initial drop off of my vehicle to pick up. Josh was professional and transparent about the whole process from the beginning. Jasmine was always responsive and accommodating with all my questions/requests. The attention to detail was more then I could of asked for. You and your car are in good hands here.

My experience with Juiels Auto Clinic was excellent! I would recommend anyone who’s been involved in an automobile accident to take their vehicle for repairs there. The owner Josh was very transparent throughout the whole process never left me wondering about my vehicle. He always reached out to me with updates. The work speaks for its self. I would definitely recommend this small business rather than a chain where you are not priority. He definitely brought my car back to life!!!

They did an excellent job on fixing my vehicle and a little extra because it was taking long for parts to come in, so I appreciate that! If I had to complain, they could have done better with cleaning the inside & outside of the car was filled with dust and over spray. Other than that, I would definitely recommend them!
