We brought our car in because it's old and rickety. We wanted a clear picture of what repairs are necessary to determine how long we have to find a new car. Charles did an amazing job identifying the parts with issues and articulating their condition and what it means in terms of functionality and safety. What also helped were all of the videos and pictures Charles provided so we can actually see the issues with our own eyes. I've brought that car to the Toyota dealership many times and never got anywhere near this quality of service! The recommendations from Juke were sound and the prices were fair. The work we decided to pursue was done quickly and the communication was timely. Thank you for being a company that we can trust!

Juke Auto is not an honest auto shop. They tried to rip me off with unnecessary services and I left feeling like I paid way too much for basic maintenance. They're just as expensive as the dealership, and I ended up paying double what I should have. I went in for an oil change in May 2024, and they told me I needed a new cabin air filter and engine air filter. I agreed to both. Then, in November 2024, I went back for another oil change and they told me AGAIN that I needed a new cabin air filter! This is when I became suspicious. I started researching and found out that the general rule of thumb is to replace the cabin air filter every 15,000 miles or annually, not every 5,000 miles! When I questioned the service advisor, he just said it was based on my mileage and couldn't even look me in the eye. I requested full synthetic oil during my first visit, but I highly doubt they actually used it. They told me I needed another oil change just 5,000 miles later. Full synthetic oil should last significantly longer. This makes me question their honesty and whether they're actually using the products they charge for. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with Juke Auto. They are dishonest and their prices are as high as the BMW dealership. I thought I was saving money by going to Juke Auto, but I ended up paying twice as much! Watch out for their scam! General Rules of Car Maintenance Oil Change: Every 3,000 miles for conventional oil, every 5,000-7,500 miles for synthetic blend oil, and every 7,500-10,000 miles for full synthetic oil. Cabin Air Filter: Every 15,000 miles. Engine Air Filter: Every 15,000 to 30,000 miles. I hope this review helps others avoid getting scammed by Juke Auto.

Strong in diagnostic skills. No wonder a binder in the waiting room is full of thank you notes. One is from a preschool teacher whose tiny tots drew cars alongside a message of thanks for making it possible for their teacher to return to the classroom. The shop stands behind their work: shortly after an oil change, tire rotation, and fluid check, my 07 car developed a sudden antifreeze leak on a busy downtown street. The problem was a split in the side of a plastic (!) radiator. Since I had been to the shop four days before, Rocco sent a tow truck, asked someone to drive me home, and diagnosed the problem, all without an additional charge.

Update...3 years later, and my review is still true! Come here if you want honest car service from people who listen and care. Love LOVE me some Juke's!! I've been coming here for close to 7 years from word of mouth from a 65yr old lady! I have Always gotten a square deal, and like the other reviewer, they have saved me from a dealership 300% mark up. I especially like when they say I saw this but it can wait. I have watched them grow while maintaining a family owned business. To me, that's tricky when your overhead prob quadrupled. This time I came with a laundry list with the intent to extend my car 50K miles. They hooked me up! Thank you Again :-) P.s.I sure enjoy my yearly Christmas card.

You are better off going to a dealership than this extremely over priced auto shop. Needed my brake switch replaced and was charged a ~$200 diagnostic fee that wasn’t even applied to the incredibly overpriced service. Don’t waste your money here

Driving in from North Tx asked my daughter if she could refer a good place for me to take my '09 Accord. Wow, Bo, Sal and the entire staff were OUTSTANDING! They fixed the immediate problem as well as gave me detailed info to take back to my mechanic back home. Couldn't ask for a better experience when your check engine light comes on out of town!

I feel very thankful to have Juke in my city. The business is a super solid operation. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They have invested in some pretty nifty tech that you would never see at any other mechanic. You can view diagnostics online, pay by phone and some other cool stuff. I highly recommend this family owned business!

Juke Auto got me in for a check engine light when other shops were too busy! Upfront and honest! Great staff! Advisor Charles was helpful explaining what checked out okay and not with my high mileage ancient 2007 Saturn Vue Green Line, a car I did not want to put too much into while saving for a new vehicle. He was spot on with what would fix it and it was well worth the diagnostic price. Even though I decided not to go with the direct fit three way catalytic converter, Charles directed me to a shop that could install a universal catalytic converter that better fit within my price range for a 213,000 mile car and with his advice my Vue is check engine light free, so far 450 miles later and passed emissions! I will use Juke Auto again! And would trust them with my newer nicer hybrid vehicle when I purchase it!
