Excellent auto repair shop! I had my engine replaced, radiator replaced and my AC redone and everything works and runs great. Joe kept me in the loop the entire time and helped me through the process with my warranty company. With excellent customer service and attention to detail a highly recommend Julia's Auto repair!

The customer service was incredible. The service concierge and service assistant were very detailed and answered all my questions. They are very attentive with their work and did their best to keep updating me on everything that was being done on my car.

This is the only place that I let take care of my maintenance needs. They do a great job at what they do and also give you timely updates so you will not have to worry about what's going on. The inside is very clean and well put together.

I live this place. I went to three different places and CarMax referred me to go them and they found out what wrong with my car and they work with my warranty. And when I say friendly and fast I mean friendly and fast. They also make you fee like family and make sure you comfortable. I would recommend any and everybody to them. They have the best service. Oh and they washes your car lol. Love- Katie Lemons

I really like the people here, they were able to inform me what exactly needed to be done with my car and gave me options as far as what needed and could be done. I really appreciate it! I really only chose this place because they could also tow my car and I’m glad I came across them! Will definitely return when needed!

Overall, it's a great shop to get repairs and services done! I have a Tacoma that needed body repair and sensor/electrical work. You can't tell that there was any prior damage, and the color matches perfectly. The sensor/electrical issue was challenging to pinpoint the cause. However, they found it and it works smoothly. Another great aspect of this shop is the communication between the shop and the customer. It was consistent and timely. I definitely recommend this shop!

Stumbled upon here for an inspection snd didn’t know it would be SOOO nice! The waiting area itself is an entire second review because this place really cares about their customers and the front desk girl Yumi is so kind and personable as well as the auto workers. they let me know if she’s with my car instead of failing me for my inspection, which I felt was so generous, and even offered to let me go home and do it myself to save me money and gave me options instead of trying to take money from me like most shops. Also found it this place is WOMAN OWNED!! Julia is the name of the owners daughter, so cute and personable here! I found my forever mechanic!

We brought our vehicle to get warranty work done from Carmax Care. Everyone stayed in touch with us and kept us in the loop with the repair. We will definitely bring our vehicles back here to get work and maintenance done. The customer service was definitely A1 service. Thank you guys for all the help and Hard work.

Definitely not a great experience here. This place just out for your money. As a women owned business you would think they are helping you out, but in reality they will take your money. Spent over 3k just to still have issues I didn't have previously.

My sister and I had a very great experience here. Our car recently needed some unexpected maintenance repairs, and it was also time for its maintainer check up, unfortunately, it needed to stay over night, but Elizabeth and the car service staff were very kind and understanding and helpful and wanted to make sure the car that my sister and I share was in tip-top shape. They let us know exactly what our car needed and why and the cost as well as providing discounts whenever possible. I really appreciate them for wanting to make sure that we were not nervous or anxious about anything but had everything we needed. These are very knowledgeable professionals who know exactly what they are doing. 10/10 highly recommended.

They have a good system to drop/pickup your car any time. However, takes long to check the car, took them many days to send me the report after I got the car back. Also, pricy $$$
