I cannot say enough about this mechanic shop! Spectacular Service ! Angel was phenomenal from beginning to end. First and foremost he was honest and upfront. I appreciate that he sent videos and pictures throughout the entire process. I took my car in because I needed my brakes changed, I was told all Rotors needed to be replaced and wound up paying almost 800 dollars for the job. I recently took my car in for refrigerant and he told me I needed a new compressor and quoted me 745 plus tax. I could not leave the car at that time and realized on my way home that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the compressor. The AC was cooling fine. He of course stopped answering my calls. I was calling as soon as I left to see If I owed anything for the check up and several times after and he never answered my calls. I wonder why?

Julio and his team helped me find the exact tire for my Tesla after I ran over a nail! I was able to have it installed same day whereas the other shop took over a day and did not have the exact match. We are very appreciative and happy to support local family run businesses!

So my wife takes our car in because it's making a weird noise. She comes out with an $1800 bill for all new rotors and 4 brakes change and alignment. I've never had a car that needed all rotors/brakes changed at once. When I called to ask about it, I was called a joke and the guy hung up on me. If You want to deal with this type of place go ahead, but I don't recommend it. Strange because I bought two new tires at Tire Kingdom the day before yesterday and they didn't seem to notice any of this. If you don't know anything about cars, don't go here or you'll get screwed. Horrible customer service. I could've gone to the dealer cheaper and they would've treated me better.

I don’t know if it was Julio or one of his sons, but I took my car here last weekend for a flat tire and they just repaired it in about 5 minutes and charge me a more than fair price. When the time of replacing my tires comes, I definitely will take it here! Excelent business! They are a lifesaver!

They put 2 tires on my Volvo in less than 20 minutes. One of the tires turned out to have a vibration when I got on the highway. I took it back and they fixed it on the spot with a new tire immediately. Great people! Will do business with them again.

No complaints! I came in early this morning, right when they opened, my tire was changed quickly, good vibes, affordable. If you want to leave a tip, bring cash. Their card payment doesn't allow for tips. Next time I'll be bringing cash . Thank you!

On 9/3/23, came in to have my spare put on! A man that does not speak English supposedly tightened da bolts but DIDNT. Traveled 2miles be4 da tire flew off, damaging my truck!! Da tire went one way & I had to walk back 2find da lug nuts! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We could have gotten hurt more than we did or dead!! Went back to dem & it was NO concern 4our well being!! THIS IS “NOT” DA ONLY REPORT OF TIRES FLYING OFF DURING DRIVING!! This has 2STOP!!

Sadly I can’t post video on here and kind of don’t want because I’ve been a customer for quite some time at both locations and I’ve watched them grow and would not want to tarnish their reputation but my last two experiences here were nothing less than abysmal. To their credit, they are fast, seem to have great knowledge and have great customer in regards to the gentleman in the office which is why I still rewarded them with a three star, but, there are some skeptical practices going on here. I understand mistakes but one guy there is very sketchy and tried to hide his honest and simple mistake while my dashcam recorded the whole conversation & incident. Now, even if you make a previous mistake, you’d either not charge the individual or Atleast apologize because paying them is not and never was a problem… I understand that you’re a human brother man. Nonetheless, Great place to have work done especially in light of an emergency but proceed with caution. Still wishing good luck & prosperity upon them and would love to see them continue to grow although I’ll probably be checking out other spots in the time being.

i came to julio & sons about 10 minutes before closing time and angel serviced me extremely fast and accommodated my needs even though technically he said they were closed . he reopened the shop quickly to service me in my time in need and that is some of the best customer service i have ever received , so thank you angel and the other gentleman that helped me out !! 10/5 stars for sure , i will be returning for my tire needs!
