The owner is extremely rude and inconsiderate! I've never met someone with such poor customer service! Then everyday the hours of operation changes, one day he closes at 1:30 the next and 2. Like people do work and have lives so why do you close so early? He only gets one star because i couldn't post without it.

Had an emergency; 3 out of 5 wheel studs broke off while changing a tire so had car towed to shop. Shop replaced in record time at a super reasonable price. Im so glad to find a good mechanic in SE Houston. Service was exceptional.

These guys are awesome. I showed up this morning 8/7/17 w a small laundry list of issues. Juan helped me out. This dude got in there quick, fixed all the issues and even told me the one thing he couldn't do (a very specialized thing), all within an hour. Great attitude, they know what they're doing, honest brokers, and not expensive at all. To clarify, there is no waiting room, no wifi, no restrooms, no shuttles, and take cash only. If you need those things, go to Firestone where they'll hose you down and jerk you around. Julio's Auto Shop are straight up PRO's I'll definitely recommend them to friends and familia.
