I was in the area and decided to stop by and make an appt to get my brakes fixed. Michael came out and looked and said I only needed rear brakes. So we went in the office to make appt and he says he needed my key, and I was amazed and said you can do it today? He said yes and called got the parts, offered to get me home and I had my car back by 5. Actually the next morning as I didn’t want to fight Tampa traffic. My car brakes feel like new, I’m very pleased. I will be back when needed.

Ever since I own my car I've been taking it to the dealer but with the rising cost of everything I decided to look somewhere else God answered my prayers I receive a card in the mail from just German My first experience was amazing I was in and out in 20 minutes Great service personable I would recommend it!

I brought my car to Just German Automotive for a very tricky wiring issue that another shop couldn’t diagnose. They not only identified the problem quickly but also fixed it perfectly. Their expertise and attention to detail were exceptional. If you have a German car, I would hands down recommend them. They truly understand these vehicles inside and out! Excellent service all around.

I have been using Just German for all my maintenance needs on my Mercedes for years. They always use the best fluids, best parts and are excellent mechanics. There isn't any other shop in town that I will let work on my cars except Just German. The attention to detail and care for the automobiles their work on is top notch. Bought a 2016 Audi, with the AC out, so researched the best German car shop and gave them a call. Answered right away, gave me clear information and I was able to drop the car off the same day. They did a diag , gave me an estimate and was able to get it fixed a day later. Price was better than the dealership, service was faster, quality job and now cold AC.

I used to take my car to the Mercedes dealership for all its service needs until they ticked (ripped) me off. Just German has been servicing my Mercedes for the past 2 years. They are trustworthy, reasonable, and efficient. I will never take my car anywhere else. Michael and Patrick are very patient and communicative; most importantly, they do good work at Just German!

We take both of our Mercedes-Benz GLEs, which are still under factory warranty, to Just German Automotive for maintenance, brakes, and oil changes. The service is great, personal, and quick. Plus, they report everything back to Carfax. The cost is about 30% to 40% less than what we’d pay at the dealership. Honestly, it’s the only place to go in Tampa for European car care.

Great experience having my battery replaced, computer reset and spark plugs changed on an GLC300 Upon calling they were great about taking their time answering all of my questions and giving pricing that was true and valid upon arrival. Service was done in under 2 hrs, and they were very accommodating about replacing the spark plugs which I asked about upon arrival. This was my first time having my vehicle serviced outside of the dealership, overall the experience was great from the price , time spent and work done to the customer service that was provided. Similar to the dealership they inform you on upcoming recommended services to keep your vehicle running well. Will be having my vehicle serviced here in the future.

Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly mechanics. This was the third shop I took my car to, and the only one that was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Saved money over the dealership and wasn’t upsold anything. Will be back for all maintenances and services.

They were professional, quick, arranged for a rental car (that they paid for), and they communicated well before, during, and after (with a follow up message). My Bmw X5 is still there. Been there for a few weeks, but this place has really taken the time to diagnose the problem. . Other places have tried to figure out the problem and no one could. And they did not charge me for the diagnosis.. I’m very appreciative!!! whether I decide to fix it or part the car out I’ve never had a better experience with a mechanic. So far, this has been a really standup company
