Amazing people! I had a huge oil leak because another place that changed my oil did not replace the cap. I had my two dogs with me and lived thirty minutes away. The owner only charged me for the oil as they fixed somebody else’s mistake. In the end, he didn’t charge me at all. I thought it was because I looked cute but ummmm no. I was a horrid mess. I’m definitely using them for my car services. They genuinely care about helping their community. Go and find out for yourself!

i took my truck to fix a shaking problem when braking. so. they had it here all day. apparently they open at 8. but i was here at 750 am. and left at 8:20 am. and no one was here i call and no answer so i call again at 8:45. finally someone answers. and took my truck back. go inspect for problems they said i was a challenge for them so i give a a red flag. so. i went to pick up my truck they wanted to replace my brakes and rotors. and. they where new. 2 weeks old so i took it home with same problem they said they didn’t know what what’s wrong with my truck that it was a challenge for them

Do not go here . My car was running fine till I came here. I took my mecerde c300 here for a oil change and a few days later my car stop working. I called them since i was broke down on the side of street and they said (we will tow it ) not telling me it was $300.I trusted them so I took it back there for them to diagnose it . When i didnt here from them in two days I called to get a update because they insisted I bring it there instead of taking it to the dealership. Now today is Saturday I still receive no call and when I called requesting a update on my car they said my engine was bad but couldn't tell me why . They said it was $11k to fix and they couldn't tell me anymore information.

I really don’t want to be mad and I do understand these people work hard. But I am disgusted by the experience I had here. I brought my car in to fix some noise issue. 1. We agreed on a price for labor with my own parts. They ended up charging me twice on little extra work (I know how much work it is). 2. I specifically asked them to confirm the parts are the root cause before doing any work and they confirmed after running a diagnosis. They put the parts on but the problem is still there. I spent $800 in total for something I don't need. 3. They rechecked it and blamed my parts saying they are defective and they told me two different things that are defective within 15 mins. thinking I'm a fool? After putting on their own parts the problem is still there. I could tell how dishonest they were when I heard they were going to send my parts back to where they got theirs. 4. They refuse to keep working on it without being able to find the problem. Nor did I get a refund. Yes I brought my own parts but they ran the diagnosis. And they didn't mention there would be no warranty on labor whatsoever.

I have worked with just right for several years now, just about 6 years. I can assure you there are still honest shops. They won't do a job just for money and they stand behind their work. Additionally, they have very, very competitive prices. I have 4 vehicles i bring here and never had to come back for the same reason. Once and done.

I drove from Bryan Texas as someone referred me to them and I knew I had to pay for hotels and uber back and forth in order to let them fix it and I was ok with that. They fixed my oil leak problem but caused an electrical damage to the car, when I returned the car back to them to check on the electrical problem they told me to leave it for another 2 days so I had to stay at a hotel again. After checking the manager told me that there is nothing he can do about the electrical damage and that I should go somewhere else to fix it. Basically they don’t want to admit the damage they caused and they denied their responsibility. They did not even put the wires back into their right place, they let them hang next to the tire as you can see in the picture. I Talked to the owner and told me he will call me back but no calls after a week. Already told my friend to pull their car out of this place so they don’t damage it as well. You could change your oil at their place but I would never recommend them if you have an engine problem, please be careful

Jose is my new go-to guy when it comes to anything with my truck! I’ve taken my lifted Toyota Tacoma to this shop twice now and could not be happier with not only the price, but the quality of work, the trust I have in them to keep me informed about the process - Oh and the cherry on top follow-up call that I have never received from any mechanic shop before! I truly appreciate the care I’m provided as well as the care my truck is provided :) I couldn’t recommend them more!

My husband and I drove to Katy, TX from Austin to see our eldest son and his girlfriend. We has a big weekend planned as we were celebrating our son’s 28th birthday. On our way, our 2016 Mercedes Benz lost power and started to expel blue/ grey smoke from the exhaust pipe. After slowly driving to a gas station, it looked like the oil had erupted and oozed everywhere. We assumed we had a blown gasket. We carefully drove into Katy and after some internet research, my husband found Just Right – Complete Auto Car Care Center. They are highly rated with great customer service reviews. Hasan at Just Right was happy to take a look. Hasan and his team ran a number of diagnostic tests, changed the oil and filter and gasket, but the problems continued to persist. The engine lost power and grey smoke was still blowing from the exhaust. Eventually, my husband and I needed to get back to Austin, but we left our car in Hasan’s capable hands. We received regular updates regarding the car. We heard Hasan’s frustration at not being able to identify the issue. He was absolutely determined to figure it out and fix the problem. After a number of attempts, he called European experts; colleagues in his field, who gave him advise on what to try next. In the end, the issue was rare, but not unheard of for the type of engine in our car. Unfortunately for us, the solution meant we had to replace the engine. Hasan found an engine for our car and installed it, all the while keeping us informed on his progress. The day we came back to Katy to pick up the car, we were stunned to find out that Hasan had waved the fees for all the labor and parts spent on his attempts and solving the problem. He only charged us for the labor during the engine installation and the engine itself. He made himself available to answer any lingering questions and let us test drive our car to make sure we were satisfied. The results of their hard work was perfection. The car drove like a dream. The before and after comparison was striking. Further evidence of his honesty and integrity was revealed when we witnessed an interaction with another customer. A woman was waiting for her car. She said she comes to Just Right all the time. Hasan pulled her car to the front of the shop and told her that there was nothing wrong with her car, that her gas cap was loose. We highly recommend Hasan and his team at Just Right. They are passionate about their work and strive for customer satisfaction.
