I MUST share with you the AMAZING service that I always receive at this JUST TIRE service establishment! I have been purchasing my tires there for years!!! Have purchased tires for my son and my daughter! The service has always been OUTSTANDING! I started with Preston, then was introduced to Christopher! NEVER in all the years have I been disappointed in their Excellent choice of tires or the work performance on my vehicles! OUTSTANDING!! OUTSTANDING! OUTSTANDING!!!!

Always a pleasure to recommend local businesses, especially those that have been around for years. Just got my tires replaced at Just Tires, Reisterstown. They gave me the best price in the area of Reisterstown , Pikesville and Owings Mills, better than Interstate Tires, and the best benefits that came in the package with tires. They gave me 2 hrs wait time and completed the job within 2 hrs. Brandon ( I hope I memorized his name correctly) is very polite, respectful, and efficient. I spoke with Chris on the phone a couple of times as well. Very pleasant gentleman, does not keep you on hold forever, he works the phone like a pro. The shop is clean and warm. I am very satisfied and recommend this business.

Ordered 4 tires online and made appt. Got there to wait 10 mins before being acknowledged. Guy comes from the back in a hoodie, sweat pants, socks and slides. Yep slides. He proceeds to tell me the tires I ordered are discontinued and the next best thing is like extra $20 a tires. Total time to put 4 tires on was 2 hrs n 16 mins and I payed $700 cash. I go to leave there is not one tire cap on these tires. There also was an 80 yr old woman come in to have her tags put on her car she was sitting there for over an hr and was still there when I left. If I had my tool box I would have had that lady on the rd in ten mins tops. Terrible service do not recommend

I experienced the one of the worst customer service experiences on Thursday the 17th of October 2024 at this location. Upon arriving at my scheduled appt. For my 6mnth alignment I was greeted by the Tech whom appeared to be very frustrated. (Not friendly whatsoever to say the least). When I was told there was 2 ahead of me and it would be about 2hrs wait. I dropped off my vehicle and returned a lil over 3hrs later. Only to see that my vehicle had never been serviced. Still where I left it 3 hrs earlier. When asked how much longer the Tech seemed to be very agitated with me asking. He rudely responded he don't have any idea how long I would have to wait. I try to patronize my local area but it is very discouraging when your treated with lil regard after you Prepay for service. Their friendly when your purchasing these Service Agreements and when it's time for you to be serviced your treated like yesterday's garbage. I'm very disappointed and very unhappy with this service. I was forced to drive my vehicle without being serviced because I couldn't wait indefinitely after making prior arrangements in leaving my vehicle to be serviced for over 3hrs.

Terrible place to go. Put on wrong tires and refused to replace with correct tires. Didn’t refund money. Stay away, Beware!!!!

Overall it was a positive experience. They did tell me that they would call me when the tire rim I ordered, was shipped to them. However I learned that the rim was shipped to them after I appeared in person. I did manage to get everything done that I needed done though.

Slow I arrived at 9:00 am asked how long it would be and was told my car was next to be pulled in at 10:07 am and would be ready about 11:15 am. I informed the gentleman that I had to go to work at 12:00. I walked home and back arrived about 11:25 am. It is now 11:40 am. I the gentleman who I spoke in the shop what about the Sebring?

How convenient a air conditioner recharge went from 69.95 to 361.00 with no explanation but the labor charges on the paper work is over 266.00 when ask by the manager he gave a lame explanation of why DONT GO THERE!!!

I brought my car in for a tire repair. They took hours and then my car was making a fully sound after I left. I brought it back and they took it for another hour to test and said it wasn’t anything they did. They wasted hours of my time and broke my car, claiming no responsibility. Don’t go here!
