These people are horrible and do not care about you. I had trouble with my tire since the temperature dropped low. After realizing that I only needed air, they basically told me they were going to come back to help and then proceeded to close their garage door on me. They are disgusting with horrible customer service. Please do not bring your car to these people. It’s also in a bad area.

I had an exceptional experience with Just Tires on broadway. Took my car in for a flat tire & alignment. Marcos assisted with my car. He found a cracked wheel and was able to give me options and resolve the issue promptly. From the moment i scheduled my appointment, he was friendly, professional and efficient. He went above & beyond to explain the work being done on my car. The service was completed on time.

I went in there for a flat tire because I knew I had a nail in the right front tire. The staff on a Sunday afternoon or extremely kind and respectful. The place was very clean and the guys in the garage know what they're doing. I have a new place to go now and trust their staff and management very much so. They can do a lot of good things here and they have my business now. The staff made the difference and was extremely kind. We need more people in our world like the two young men that were working. I spoke to the manager as well the next day and shared my great experience with him as well.

I had a low tire pressure indicator light. They got me in and out in 15 minutes. When it's time for new tires, I'll be purchasing them from Just Tires for sure.

Just let me start by saying this is my 2nd day here for a (one) flat tire. Just 1 flat tire. I came the day before at 11:30 ..waited until 1 to find out no matching tire, then came the next day at 8 but didn't know I had to wait until 11: 30..Long story short still here next day at 5. They close at 7. Need I say more. Just don't put yourself through it!!!!

After going to three facilities for a tire replacement I went there and the service was really good. They checked the tire and provided an accurate and FAIR estimate. The tire was ready the next day and the installation was cover by the tire price. I highly recommend this place, probably the last one around the area that takes care of customers

Bought a tires, had gone flat. They tell me it's impact, not a defect -- and I know nothing was hit. Charge me for the install and new tire replacement. This is the last time they'll have my business, ever. Actual tire size is 255/45R19, they replaced 225/45R19. Width is less clearly visible. They don't even suggest take car say you to come after few hours. Old tires (Rear)are still 255 and looks better then New(Front) tires. They don't even cover for the manufacturer fault(Bulge). I don't even think of visiting them again.

I’ve been coming to this shop for years now because I really trust the folks that work this location. A couple years ago, I bought a new set of tires with them and it came with a 3-year free rotation service, so I loved that. I change my oil every 6 months and nearly every time, it comes out cheaper than other locations. It wasn’t until my recent visit when they told me it’s not that the oil/service is necessarily cheaper, but the company at large has promotions frequently and the manager is always looking out for those in emails and passing along the savings to the customers. The fact that they just passed along the discount without sharing made it feel like they’re really trying to help out the customers! I’ve also been trying to learn more about my car and whether I want to upgrade to a 4wd so during my visits, pending if they’re slammed or not, I’ll stick around for a little bit to ask them all my car questions and they are all more than happy to share their knowledge and expertise! Sure, sometimes turnaround times can feel long, but that happens when a lot of people need car servicing and it’s generally average to other shops I’ve experienced. Plus, it’s a testament to how many people trust bringing their cars to them. With that said, I’ve never had a crazy wait. My oil changes are usually within an hour or two (they’ll say two, but it’s often one). These anecdotes plus other experiences have led me to trust this team so much and I’m going to miss taking my car to this shop whenever I move. Like most things in life, everyone’s experiences are highly individualized, but for me, I have had nothing but great experiences here.

DO NOT COME HERE. Asked for my car information online, told me I was able to get their base oil change. I went in and the guy told me I wasn’t and the price went from $30, to $97!!! That’s what’s called a bait and switch.

I had to take my car in for a flat tire last week. Marcos was assisting me and was prompt to take the car in and diagnose the issue. He explained the reason for the flat and how long it will take to repair it. Amazing service 👍

We were visiting Chicago for a Cubs game and my tire pressure warning light came on as we were leaving the game. We walked in at 3pm and by 4pm, they had discovered the issue and repaired my tire! The cost was very affordable and while we waited, they pointed us down the street to a great place to eat. Very professional and friendly. They gave us so much peace of mind on our 3 hr drive back home. Thank you!!

This is the last time they'll have my business, ever. The only thing I'll do with them from now on is to get the alignment I paid for and the tires under warranty replaced in the event I encounter a true road hazard. But I will buy future sets of tires from a shop that sells good products and doesn't lie about the bad products.

They are super lazy people, they never work on time , for small things they will take your 3 hours and the price is higher than other places. So I will advise everyone to stop going here and don’t waste your time and money here.

Touriste français de passage à Chicago, j'ai eu un problème avec un pneu. Je suis passé chez Just Tires pour le faire changer. Tout s'est bien déroulé, j'ai attendu 1h30. Le seul petit bémol c'est que j'ai été surclassé par la compagnie de location de voiture...Un super Porsche Cayenne S, avec un super prix (lol) 565 dollars pour un pneu :-X Je ne sais pas si ce sont les prix, mais je trouve cela un peu excessif. Heureusement que je n'ai pas été obligé de changer les pneus par paire ! comme en France... Sinon j'en pleurerai encore ;-)

Came recently for a flat tire and a slow leak. The team was honest with the overall quality of the problematic tires and my other tires which needed replaced. They did well to cooperate with my budget and offered the best for my financial range. Fast forward two weeks when I noticed a squeaking coming from one of my tires. The team was able to realize I was recently in for new tires and able to accommodate me accordingly. Both instances I was in and out same day…within hours. Quality service from the whole team both mechanically and interpersonally.

Do not take your car here! They don’t know what they are doing and are untrustworthy! I bought 2 sets of tires here. Then I came to Just Tires for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic at the front desk took a look at my records and said looks like I bought my tires in January 2023 so I’m not due yet for a tire rotation unless I had a lot of mileage since then. I was so confused at the time, because January 2023 was 16 months ago so of course I had mileage. I told him I have mileage and asked again for a tire rotation. Then he completed the oil change, but said the tread on the tires looked fine so he didn’t rotate them and that I should come back to get them rotated when they are due. I was so confused again by this and asked again about my tire rotation. He said maybe I got them rotated somewhere else since the tread looked fine. I took my car to a mechanic once for a valve replacement and I did not remember a rotation there. So I called that mechanic and looked at that invoice and no rotation. Looking at my records, my last rotation was here at Just Tires for a tire rotation and oil change in August 2023 which was 8 months ago and 8,000 miles ago. The Just Tires mechanic didn’t even give me a time frame or mileage on when I should come back for a tire rotation “when it’s due”. He just assumed I bought my tires three months ago thinking January 2023 was January 2024. He acted like I don’t understand when tire rotations are due. I know you get a tire rotation every 8,000 miles. It’s clear he never looked at my tires and was lying about the tread. After I left the facility, my tire air was low. I really wanted this to be my go to place since I live in the neighborhood. But the customer service here was terrible. They didn’t know the difference between January 2023 and 2024, they assumed they were right about a service instead of listening to and asking the customer, they lied about looking at my tires, they gaslit me about where I take my car for tire rotations..

I've been coming here for years (due to the endless Chicago potholes). Trustworthy and reliable. Friendly staff. The tire warranty is a life saver. Highly recommend.
