I have been going to this location for many many years. They always take excellent care of my tires sometimes it’s super busy so it does take a minute, but they’re very attentive.

There was an extremely disrespectful and condescending staff member working the front desk. I explained to him that I had booked my appointment and was scheduled online for the time slot I showed up for. He wouldn’t even hear me out, he just kept saying “it’s not happening today, why are you confused?”. He stated that my appointment was invalid and that only the manager would be able to help me. Not only am I confused to why I was able to make an appointment today, I’m also upset that I wasted time coming to the store and planning my day to accommodate the tire replacement. Right now there are (4) guys standing around doing nothing looking their phones and yet they are unable to complete my tire replacement? Truly terrible customer service.

All of the recent reviews about terrible customer service are spot on. I dropped off the car during closing hours for a flat tire repair and was told they'd fix it in the morning. I waited until noon the next day to call and ask about the status, and it sounded like they had forgotten all about it and said they would start on it right away. I missed their call back about an hour later, where they didn't bother to leave a message. I called back and asked if it was ready to pick up, and they said yes. I showed up about 30 minutes later, paid, and the gentleman in the front gave me the keys and then went back to playing on his phone. I asked if someone was going to move the car that was blocking me in and he acted surprised it wasn't pulled out already. He asked for the keys back, took them out to someone in the garage, came back in, and told me they'd pull it out for me. I waited for about 10 minutes and then asked if they knew I was standing there waiting and he replied, "they should," and then just kept playing on his phone. So I went out to ask one of the techs to move the vehicle blocking mine, and was told to wait until the tech who owned the car blocking me in was done working on another car. Doesn't seem like anyone wants to be there.

Save your time and your money, while also saving yourself from an all together negative interaction. I really wish there was a zero star review. I appreciate and respect the service and work that you provide. However, this has to be THE worst experience I have had. Starting with common courtesy. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged when I simply said hello. Then I was denied my lyft inspection sheet when I asked the front desk clerck for it, upon being issued my bill of payment. Knowing very well that i have the right to acquire one in order to show the lyft company the results of my inspection. I then approched the manager Alejandro Carillo to obtain it, who agreed to give it to me. In the instance I find myself doing this....The front desk clerk rudely rushes towards us asking me "what was I asking him for?"... I repeated that i was asking him for my inspection sheet. She then proceeded to say that i should have asked her, with an attitude. To which i state that i did and she denied my request. She then says to him in my presence that i did not....In my mind i thought to myself...." I'm sorry but there are camera's here correct?" I addressed how uncomfortable this was for me, not expecting anything in return but this kind of set the mood for the rest of my day. I believe that you need people skills training in this facility. I then went to jiffy lube to get a second opinion and they did everything right. Due to this customer service, you lost a potential returning customer.

Terrible Service - Avoid at All Costs I came to "Just Tires" for a simple Uber inspection, and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. I arrived at 8 AM, as instructed over the phone, only to be told that the inspection person doesn't come in until 10 AM. Fine, I came back after 10. But then, the rude, unhelpful front desk employee told me I'd have to leave my car for an hour—FOR AN INSPECTION THAT DOESN'T EVEN REQUIRE THEM TO DRIVE IT! The staff was clearly bothered by my presence and made no effort to provide even basic customer service. This place is either a scam or just filled with lazy, miserable employees. Avoid at all costs, especially if you're getting an Uber inspection done. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

They tried to squeeze more money from me and told me the only way to fix it is by replacing 2 tires which was not necessary at all. Unfortunately they weren't honest and I will not recommend this business.

I recently purchased a car and was having trouble taking five of the lug nuts out myself, so called them to see if they would be able to help. They were really open to helping although what I was asking for wasn’t anything they usually help with. I ended up heading over there and they helped me super fast, were super nice, and seemed like nice people. Would highly recommend heading over!

New people took over this place on Beverly about 2 years ago, and the quality of service has gone down...down...down. I still go to Just Tires, but not this one again. There is another on Highland 2 miles from this one, and the service is like day and night! Went to Beverly store today, went stood at the counter for 10 minutes. There was a gentleman behind the counter. This guy couldn't even take his eyes off his computer screen to acknowledge me. There was no one there, nothing going on in the garages, and the mechanics were just standing around doing nothing.

The desk service here was atrocious. It was laughable. I got a new tire and had to leave and come back. I finally went back to see if it was done and it was. I asked why they didn’t call me to let me know because I had been waiting around before leaving town. She said she did call me three times. I had no missed calls. I asked why she did not leave a message. And she said I don’t have to leave a message. I told her that I was waiting for you to let me know when it was done, I don’t understand why you didn’t leave a message if you called three times. She completely ignored me and looked the other way. I said hello? She continued to completely ignore me. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and will never come back or recommend it.

Had AAA jump my car before work. I booked an appointment at 6 pm to get my battery changed. Hoped I have enough energy in it to start later. Called AAA again when it didn't start. Went to Just Tires after 2nd jump. Walked in the door. Hello, I'm here for a battery change. I have an appointment for 6 pm." We don't have no battery. "I made an appointment." You made an appointment for a battery check. We don't have no battery. We gotta order it, and we close at 7. "Ah, okay. Thanks." So I called AAA to have them come change my battery. 3 AAA service calls and 350 for the battery change. And, the only thing I'm upset about is the response from and service at Just Tires. This place shouldn't even be open for business.

I definitely do not recommend it. The overweight staff working inside is a complete fraud. They want you to pay for everything at the maximum price, and also Uber Lyft asks for a separate fee for car inspection for a single car. such fraudsters

I do not write reviews unless they are 5 stars…therefore I do not write very many. On the road with my family and I got a flat. Carl at the front desk was very attentive. He got my car in, inspected the tire, and as it turned out I needed a new one. The entire experience took less than an hour. Tire prices are tire prices. Nothing we can do about that. The service itself was top notch. The office was clean, even the restrooms. It was unfortunate that I got a flat wile on a mini vacation , but it was a blessing being near this particular tire shop. Thanks so much!

I see a lot of negative reviews here but not this one -- I had a flat tire last night, brought the car into the shop this morning, and Dasiah behind the counter made sure everything was good to go within an hour. Perfect service.

I walked in for a new set of tires back in the summer. The model I wanted was in stock. Got an alignment done at the same time. Service was quick and easy.

I’m not sure why but everyone at this location is extremely mean. If you don’t believe me just walk in and ask any person a simple question or try to get them to help you. They will look at you like they want to fight you. The tall goofy Mexican guy is the worst one of all. Don’t get me wrong, though they are all equally mean. The short, Hispanic man is the only one that’s not mean but he seems to be intimidated by everyone else that works there. Weird vibes

They quoted me $460 for a Bridgestone Alenza 235/55/r19 105t on 11/9/23. Costco quoted me $285 for the same wheel. It’s $305 at American Tire Co. They also charge the most for tire patch jobs in the area. It’s free at ATC, $20 for non-members at Costco, $50 at Just Tires on Beverly.

This place is a joke. Unfriendly and unprofessional. I walked in the door, and the lady at the desk just stared at me as if i was stupid for walking in. Finally she acknowledged me as asked what i needed. I said all i need is a patch job and she says its goi g to be 45 fo 1 hour wait. For a simple patch job??? And they she says btw its 45 dollars. Robbery. I drove down the street, and some guy did the job in 15 min for 20 dollars. Go figure.

Went there for a car inspection. There were no customers other then me,2 mechanics the guy in the front desk on his cell phone told me 2 hours wait .I think being polite in front desk will help this business!
