Bernard was friendly, and professional. He got my business + a 5 star review for 2 tires and an alignment. Bernard got me in and out in about an hour and a half. The price was exactly what he quoted me on the phone, and my experience was 100% positive. Thanks Bernard!

I’ve called Just Tires Hollywood location before I came (needed new tires). Bernard (manager) spent some time with me on the phone going over prices and promising good deals and discounts (I’ve checked prices before I called with other businesses). When I came, I was honestly told I only need 2 tires to be replaced. The other two were at 50%. I’ve decided to replace all 4 due to great prices and discounts provided. After a few weeks of driving, I’ve heard the noise coming from my new tires. I came back and the team of mechanics did an initial investigation and troubleshooting. I was provided with the estimate of $1000, if replacement of two axles is needed (that is they initially suspected was causing the noise). I was upset, but agreed because, again, I was provided with good prices and discounts. To my huge surprise and joy, when I came back to pick my car, I did not have to pay a dime!!! Apparently, the GREAT team of Just Tires mechanics (Bernard, Julian, Edward and others) took their time, drove my car around the block and found out that the issue was just …I need a new wheel covers hubcaps replacements!! Thank you so much, Team. Really appreciate your help, support and honesty. Highly recommend it.

Have been to them twice now and have had a pleasant experience each time. The most recent I needed a tire patched/plugged. They showed me it was a nail and informed me they do not do plugs, but gave me a location nearby that did. I appreciate the quick solution rather than saying no we can't do it. I will return to them with tire needs in the future.

I went out to dinner nearby this tire shop earlier this week and parked just down the block from this shop. When I came back to my car, I had a completely flat tire with no prior warnings. (I had just had my tires checked the DAY BEFORE 😭). I know how to put on a spare tire but the flat tires lug nuts were on so tight that even standing on the wrench and using all my body weight to get them loose, they still wouldn’t budge. My mom is approaching 70 years old and visiting me from nearly 3000 miles away (aka the timing here is really crappy) and as I was struggling, she walked across the street to ask them for advice. I’d already promised my regular mechanic much closer to my home that I’d come by later that day for the replacement service. Not only did they tell us it’s fairly common to be stuck in this predicament, but then offered to use their equipment to get the lug nuts loose AND put my spare tire on for me - for free - without expectations of my business afterwards. They even refused to let us tip them as a way of saying thank you for just doing something kind for a complete stranger. It’s so rare to have someone do this that I felt like at the very minimum a massive public thank you was in order. The team helped me right there, on the spot - no waiting. Zero expectations or anything in it for them. I live an hour away and didn’t want to screw over my regular mechanic as they’ve always done right by me and are a small family owned business and we’re expecting me for an appt later that day. Otherwise, I’d have given them my business on the spot. With that in mind, I am in this exact little corner of LA a few times a week as I perform in a theatre just up the road on Melrose and the next time I need anything tire related done - rotations or patches etc etc etc - I’ll 100% be returning and giving them my business. (And singing your praises to all my other friends who also perform and live nearby in the meantime.) THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH. I’m a disabled younger female (though visually I appear healthy I have a very painful blood disease that makes moments like this very painful reminders of my own newer limitations - and all of that mental anguish was immediately gone just having someone else step in - unknowingly - to let me avoid that.) This entire ordeal was so stressful and I felt so helpless - I just can’t emphasize strongly enough what this small act of kindness did for my soul. You guys are great and I wish I’d gotten the gentleman’s name who was so selfless but if you are reading this - thank you so incredibly much. And if you’re their boss, please do whatever it takes to never lose them. I’ve managed hundreds of people over the years and it is INCREDIBLY rare to find people who represent your business as proudly as this person did. 🩷

Don't come here for a oil change. This place does bait & switch. I made an appointment for a standard oil change, upon coming they told me they don't stock that oil and I have to buy the more expensive oil. Total scam. Waste of my time. I will report to the BBB.

They tried to lie about my brakes, said they where at 5% when they where actually at 50%. These guys are not worth the risk. Only use for emergency single tire patch.

Classic bait and switch. I booked an appointment online for an oil change and when I get there magically they ran out of that type of oil yet have the more expensive oil available at an upcharge. My feeling is if you ran out of the oil out of common courtesy to the customer either don't let him make the appointment for that particular oil or just do the upgrade. Anything short of that is clearly suspicious.

A tire was low on air. Brought it into Just Tires to see if they could fix it. Got a song and dance from the rep and he kept going on about cracks and then told me he couldn't repair it and walked off. Oh, you seem nice! :/sarcasm: I took a to a nearby service station and as it turned out, all it needed was air and they stated the tire was fine otherwise. This is was the first and last time I'll ever consider Just Tires as an option for anything related to tires.

Got a set of Cooper Endeavors w/ installation yesterday for my cousin's Corolla. The employee who helped us was professional and helpful. We also got the additional warranty. Despite being a Costco member, I went with JT since the price was about $50 cheaper. Costco offers a five-year warranty at no additional cost. JT offers a 3-year warranty for $80. Only time will tell if they'll honor it if something happens.

I had an appointment yesterday for an inspection for 3pm but I couldn’t make it so I called in the morning to ask if I could reschedule around 4pm or the next day. The one who answered the phone was abrupt and just said, “Just come in.” I was like, “Really? At 4pm?” And he repeated, yes, just go. So I went there thinking they’re very accommodating. But when I got there shortly after 4pm, the man on the desk said they don’t do inspections after 4pm. Only 8am-4pm. When I told them I was told to come, he just told me, “Who told you that? I was here the whole day and I didn’t say that.” All very rudely. I was so flustered that I just said that’s very weird and he just looked at me like I’m crazy. I just left. I’ve been going to Just Tires stores for years and it’s the first time I encountered such rudeness. Please do better.

I was on the hunt for an oil change as well as some other services due to a maintenance message that popped up on my dash board. Also my tire pressure light had been on for a while as well. I was feeling a bit discouraged after leaving a dealership and being quoted an extremely high price on top of bad service. I called around and I was actually on my way to another company I spoke with over the phone when I passed by Just Tires. I thought to myself let me just go in and get a quote. They were helping someone outside when I drove up but once they came in I asked about their oil changes. They had a price sheet with everything that was included and other packages to compare. This was really really helpful for me. I'm a visual person I need to see it all written out to know exactly what I am getting. They also had a deal of 20 dollars off! That was more then the other places I was heading too. I mentioned the lights that were on and the worked informed me they would inspect everything. The worker was well mannered, considerate and listened to what my needs were and the concerns I was expressing. Their establishment was very clean, even the bathrooms!!! The bathrooms were very well kept. They put on a movie while I waited (Super Mario Bros, it was actually really really good!) I spent maybe an hour and a half there but the time went by so fast. While waiting the service guy came over and showed me how dirty my filters were and quoted me the prices they were both very reasonable. He mentioned one of the filters I did not need to get it replaced right away but during my next oil change. I didn't feel pressured or that he was trying ro get over on me. He seemed very genuine and really trying to help. I appreciate that so much! He also told me about my brake errors fluid flush and something else but also said I could wait a little longer but not to long. I asked him to give me an estimate of the total cost and I was really happy with everything so I just went ahead and got everything done that was needed. I was in and out within a timely manner, Their establishment was clean and tidy, I watched a movie, and their customer service was great! I am beyond grateful thank you and I will definitely visit again. Thanks so much!

My recent experience with Just Tires was absolutely terrible. The staff proved to be dishonest and untrustworthy. When I brought my flat tire to them, they claimed it couldn't be repaired and insisted that I had no choice but to buy new tires from them. Feeling suspicious of their assessment, I decided to get a second opinion from another tire shop. To my surprise, the other shop was able to promptly patch my tire for a mere $25. It was clear that Just Tires was trying to take advantage of me. Their lack of honesty and their attempt to railroad me into an unnecessary purchase left me furious. I expected better service and integrity from a reputable tire shop like Just Tires. Sadly, they failed to meet even the most basic customer expectations. Although the staff seemed polite, their dishonesty overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with this experience. I will never consider going back to Just Tires for any tire-related needs, and I advise others to steer clear of this place. In conclusion, Just Tires' staff proved to be crooked, and their actions were nothing short of deceitful. I strongly recommend finding an honest and trustworthy tire shop that genuinely cares about their customers' needs.

Not real tire pros. Only sales people. They are trying to have me buy a new tire instead of removing a nail. I used tire be a mechanic and I know when people know what they are doing or when they are trying to scam you. This place are scammers.

Watched the employee lose two customers ahead of me for not only being rude and unhelpful, but quoting them almost twice what they paid within the same year. Then the same thing happened to us. Nothing changed about the service, asked for the same tire, but quoted $200 over the original price we paid less than a year ago. The guy said it was new management and policy but the manager couldn’t respond when we approached with the complaint. Save your money, time, and energy and go somewhere else. These dudes just care about money and prey on people who don’t know how much tires and repairs actually cost.

We turned up with a nail in the tire. They had a look and said it’s fixable but they only replace tires. Very honest and highly recommend them. Will be going back to them for full set of tires.
