Can’t understand some of the negative reviews. Had the best experience with the Goodyear process in buying tires and scheduling installation. They have a wonderful manager by the name of Kurt S. in this location. He got me in for my car’s appointment on time and kept me notified how it was going. Whenever I need new tires, I will definitely go back there and tell relatives and friends the same.

Where do i begin, i took my car for an oil change and because of their negligence i ended up investing more than 700$ to get my car fixed, because they forgot to put the oil cap on and who knows what happened to it, being said oil spilled everywhere damaging tensor belt , pully and much more also making my car overheat on the highway because there was no oil left. I also lost my job because i couldn’t make it to work without a car! I was working 30 minutes from durham, had bills to pay! Not to mention all the money i had to invest in getting my car fix. It was a nightmare till this day i’m still trying to recover from the money i lost which in fact was closer to 1k because i had to wash my car professionally to get all the oil out and pay for good mechanic and!! Not mentioning another oil change and the 100 and something just tired took for from me for an what should have been just a simple oil changed. Not mentioning the stress that THEY!! Put me trough and to add on top of that i try calling no answer until one day and the front desk lady told me to call on Monday because manager wasn’t in and when i did nothing nada!!! Couldn’t speak to a manager, no refund nothing!!!! I’m still upset. Don’t go here ever please find a better place do your research!! Look at all the reviews on here they are BAD!!!

Often understaffed but they always get it done and get it done right. I recommend scheduling early in the morning. In the afternoon, you could be waiting for your car until 6pm (due to understaffing).

I had a 9:00am appointment for new tires and an alignment. They got my car in right away. They only had 1 person working in the shop and one at the desk. They had many appointments for the day. I would recommend that you get the earliest appointment you can. It took 2 hours. While my experience was good, others were upset about the wait times. They were short staffed due to losing a few employees recently.

I stopped in for a non-tire issue. The guys were so nice & helpful. Within minutes, they solved my problem that 3 other places could not. Will definitely be back for tires, oil changes etc!

Fantastic job, not enough can be said got oil change and cabin filter and they even quoted me for future repairs so I'm aware very great highly recommend 👍

Jordan really helped me when my tire blew out at the Briar Creek / Glenwood intersection. She really went above and beyond in all our interactions. I don't usually but new tires but because she was so helpful I ended up coming back to purchase new tires. The other folks were also great, especially in helping me carry things when I'm still recovering from surgery.

Came in and the manager was rude and nasty. He kept cutting me off. I was trying to ask a question about my warranty and he said o so you can't pay out of pocket. Don't go there for tires. Bad customer service.

I had my car towed there for a flat. They were fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. Great advice and personable staff did quick work replacing my tire. Thanks for making the annoyance of a flat into a pleasant experience, y'all!

Terrible service. Last time I was here replaced my tires and was fine, dont know what happened this time. I came in because my tire pressure light keeps goin on (even after getting them filled at Pep boys) and wanted to get my tires pressure/treads inspected to see IF I did need new tiers, and told the receptionist they would have my sale if they did. Receptionist told me I could drop off my car and come back in 2 hours. You're telling me you were gonna have me wait 2 hours to do a 1 minute tire pressure check on my tires, to then see if I needed new ones? That's absurd and ridiculous. I went ahead and went to Pep boys, super friendly, and they checked them for me no problem, my tires were fine and they recommended I go to the dealership to get my tire pressure sensor checked. Saved me the hours I wouldve wasted at Just Tires because I was not worth the minutes for them. More than likely my last time going to Just Tires.

After using Goodyear for over 35yrs I had a bad experience the last time They aligned my front end without me approving it and the steering wheel was off. I decided to go back once I saw new managers and I’m glad I did. These guys are great to work with and did a super job with my truck.

Great service and very flexible and responsive to my needs. Appointment for 4 new tires and alignment check scheduled in less than 24 hours, and time spent waiting during appointment was less than 90 minutes.

Overall just a bad place to bring your car to get a service completed. I brought mine in after buying tires from Goodyear and the website recommended Just Tires to do the installation. I was the first appointment of the day at 8 am and after being rudely welcomed and ignored for the first 15 minutes in the waiting room, I was told that it’d be about a 1.5 hour service. I decided to wait there and take my morning work meetings from their waiting room but the car wasn’t ready until noon. Knowing that, I would’ve Uber’d home and just would’ve picked up my car at lunch or after work. I don’t recommend anyone choose this place for tire services. I know I won’t be back for anything in the future.

This is an extremely dangerous shop to have your tires serviced. I had my 5th tire (of service history) lose pressure because the wrong locking nut was installed on the air valve. This almost killed my wife on interstate 40 today. I will be contacting corporate.

Air pressure was a little low in tires. Stopped by Just Tires Leesville Road. They OVER FILLED all 4 tires and at different psi each tire. After cranking up to leave and instrument panel showed the over fill all tires at different psi, went back inside asking him to come let air out some, we cranked back up and ALL FOUR had different psi and all still OVER FILLED!! Careful if you have Just Tires Leesville Road touch your tires!! Very disappointed with their lack of knowledge and concern.

Waited 4 hours and 20 minutes after being told it was only a 1 hour wait for a 4 tire replacement. Won’t be going back. I don’t recommend this establishment.

I gave 1 star only because I didn't have the option to leave less. The manager at this store would not take a bill payment because I didn't have the member card with me. And he was to lazy to enter the # off the bill. Pure laziness. I wonder how Goodyear would feel if they new he was turning away money.

Man who helped me by the name of Elijah (owner?) I have now received excellent service from him twice. He is so efficient and helpful. If he's not the owner give this man a raise! Rare to find great service like this these days.

I went here because it was close to my house and I had a nail in my tire. They looked up tires available and they didn't have the specific tire I needed. They still took the time to tell me why the tire could not be repaired to their standards, how the process works for repairing a tire, and then gave me air to get back on the road to go find a place that had my tire in stock. They didn't charge me for anything and we're still delivering good service.

Made appointment and received confirmation appointment was confirmed. DUDE at the counter was dry and not welcoming. I'll assume he didn't have his morning Joe just yet. Man claimed their appointment system was a issue and told me I would have to leave my vehicle all day. Never mind the appointment I made and to just tell me he don't know a time frame or even try to squeeze me in not how you conduct business. I arrived at10am for a 1030 when I booked the night before many appointment slots were available. 5 bays with 2 vehicles. I have no choice but assume he didn't want my Buisness. On to next Tire Buisness. Call make sure their system is working properly and they have the time and want your Buisness.

Online system makes appointments that the store can't see. Then you show up for your "appointment" and they don't honor it. Fraudulent and waste of time.

This is my goto store for all my tire needs. This time I had a slow leak in my truck tire. They were able to patch thank goodness. The man that did the work was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will go back for my next set of Wranglers!

We had an appointment at 8AM, when the store opened. No one was there until 8:10 when we saw a gentleman walking up on his phone. He gets to the door and says good morning and goes inside. I gave him a second to get the alarm off etc. He does not offer an apology for being late or anything. Gets us checked into our appointment where he says he wonders if they even got the tires because if you order them online they do not communicate with the store. He figured out that they come in at 11 today so I asked if I came around lunchtime would the car be done (it was two tire replacements) and he didnt give me a yes or no just said he would call us when it was ready. I go to pick up the car and was told I have a $53 charge for "roadside hazard" and I asked what that meant and the gentleman made it seem like I needed to have this and not that it was an optional charge. Overall not happy with the customer service and overcharging when it was not necessary. Will not be back and do not recommend this location. I have had better service done at other Just Tires.
