Made an appointment online. Showed up at appointment time. Waited 3 AND A HALF HOURS for an oil change. What is the point of having an appointment if it will not be honored? I had also asked them to look at my engine air filter which was damaged/stuck, and all they said was they couldn't do anything. No recommendation or anything. Do not go here if you value your time. Two stars rather than one as they did offer me a discount to make up for it, which is something. But it's still one of the worst experiences I've had at a shop like this.

I went there for a $300 wheel alignment and balancing, spending 3 hours only to end up with my steering wheel now tilted to the right when it was straight before. I returned the next day, wasting another 2 hours to get this fixed. To make matters worse, the front desk employee was rude, blaming me for “not coming at the right time” instead of apologizing for their poor work. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to—awful service quality and disrespectful customer treatment. Please avoid this place

Honestly the front desk is super nice. But they don’t do what they say they are going to and when you ask them about it they lie so there’s that. Asked multiple times before I came to pick my truck up If the rotation AND balance were done. Was assured it was. Asked again when I picked it up. How bad was the balance. Oh it wasn’t that bad they said. Get going down the road and notice I still had a bad balance. I thought maybe I’m just crazy I’ll check to make sure they did the rotation. Nope. Not only did they not do the balance they didn’t do the rotation. I had to check the oil just to make sure that was actually done too. Looks like it was. But, and maybe I’m out of line here, don’t they top off fluids when doing an oil change? At least when I was working in a shop we always did. If that’s still a thing they didn’t do it to mine as the windshield washer fluid indicator was still on. I called back to express my concern again they were not rude but very oh well that sucks and said to drop it off Monday and they will do it. But can I trust you now? No thanks I’d rather just pay someone else to do it all over again than go back. Had high hopes cuz it’s close to work and convenient but I’ll just go somewhere else. Maybe you won’t be disappointed but I was. (Oh and I know they didn’t do the rotation because I have one rim with a scratch and it was still in the same place on the truck.)

I moved but still drive across town to go to this store. They are extremely nice and explain everything. They showed me nail that came out of my tire and dirty air filters before changing them. They are on time with appointments.

Absolutely! Fantastic service, I had priced tires out online with several shops in the area, Just Tires had the best price. I walked in without an appointment on Friday morning and got 4 new tires and an alignment in under two hours. The shop was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, I didn’t feel pressured at all to purchase anything except what I wanted. I will continue to come back to this shop for my future maintenance!

When visiting Just Tires at 6051 Capital Blvd Raleigh, NC 27616 on a Wednesday afternoon. I was greeted with a big welcoming smile by LT the Assistant Manger. I will start with normally my husband handles all automotive responsibilities. BUT I needed to get my tires rotated and balanced and it had been put off from getting long enough and we were taking a long trip to see family in NY the following week. Therefore, it was up to me to take care of business. Again, I arrived and THANK goodness for LT! He immediately came outside checked my tires and told me per Just Tires policy my tires tread was so worn down they weren’t allowed to balance and rotate and I was in desperate need of two new tires. Completely lost I asked what we needed to do. LT explained options told me about different types a treads of tires and honestly went ABOVE and beyond to help me and make sure I understood all options. I picked the tires needed. Unfortunately, they were not in stock but LT said he could order them and make me an appointment for the following day. He assured he would be working and all would be taken care of. DONE! The following day again, I arrived to LT’s friendly smile welcoming me in and taking my keys and getting everything handled. After the job was complete I went to pay with our Just Tires card as my husband has been going there for years. To our surprise the card wasn’t working. We tried over and over again. Finally called my husband and he called customer service and all was support to be handled. LT and I then proceed to try again and again - NOTHING. By this time the store hours was nearing closing and still I was able to pay with my card. LT then called customer service himself and after what seemed like years we talked through the problem and all worked out and I paid. With all that being said LT is the MVP! I was incredibly pleased with his professionalism and dedication to providing outstanding service and going above and beyond to help me throughout the tire purchasing process. Thank you, LT for all of your help!

Brought my bmw m4 to fix a nail in the tyre. The Raleigh capital branch of just tyre could not get the tyre off my car and caused this. Then said they can’t remove low profile tyres after pretty much making a mess of the tyre while trying . This I find very strange as I’ve had my low tyres changed there before. They then say I must now get the car to another location and they can try fix it there. I then took the car to the wake forest hat tyre. They were brilliant. And fixed the tyre up perfectly. Fixing. What the capital branch couldn’t do. Kudos wake forest just tyres. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good service. Nice atmosphere. Met Store Manager Richard Brunston for the first time and is truly a genuine guy. They fixed my tire and I was good to go. Highly recommended place.

I went in for a state inspection and had my toddler and infant with me. The man at the desk was thoughtful and brought my 2 year old crayons and a coloring page to keep him busy without me asking. I didn't catch his name. They got me in and out pretty quickly, I would come back!

This location believes in helping others! They are not money hogs. We traveled to Raleigh for the birth of our first grandchild and hit something that apparently unseated the left-rear wheel’s valve stem in our van. Even though we were from out of town (thus not a likely long-term customer) they took us in, cut out the old jammed-in stem, and then replaced it. Point being there was labor and material involved. My bill – extremely, extremely reasonable! This place believes in doing the right thing. Also, the guys I talked to were fellow gear-heads, meaning they knew cars and were technically competent. If I lived in Raleigh I would be a loyal customer! Wrote this review to show my gratitude!

First time at Just Tires today. They went above and beyond! LT, the assistant manager took care of everything for me and gave me great advice on upkeep for my vehicle. Thank you to the technicians, Benjamin Tingle and Zachary Gilliam for fixing and inspecting my vehicle.

Genuinely the best experience I have ever had with any car place! I have taken two different cars there now, and each time the service is incredible and they are overall cheaper than most similar places! Will continue using for the foreseeable future!

Larry and all other staff members at the Just Tires Capital Blvd location did a great job today competently fixing my tire and professionally interacting with me for setting up the appt and completing the paperwork side of things. (I am also grateful to Dani at the Harvest Oaks location who very honestly told me that they had no appts left and although she could try to work it in if I left it there for the afternoon she couldn't guarantee that.) Thanks to all! We urgently needed the tire fixed today and are very grateful.

The staff they have at this location, will be enough reason for you to want to continue doing business with them. I went in to get my tire pressure checked, and of course they tell me I need new tires... So I left. I will definitely be back when I’m ready to have Zach work his magic and fix my tires! If you choose to wait there while your vehicle is being serviced, bring a good mood with you because the guys there are full of laughs. Especially Larry. I would mention his coworker but I forgot his name, may God bless him again! I’ll be sure to send people your way!

Took my car here and Richard called me the B word and said he put a nail in my tire on purpose and I want that man fired right now!!!!!! He said he would give me a 10% discount if I get a new tire instead of a used one after he purposely Put a nail in my tire. I just went in for an oil change Bruuuh
