Every time I need to go to Just Tires, it is not under the best circumstances (how many times can a person run over screws?!), but every time, they manage to brighten my day. They are so friendly, empathetic, and really try to accommodate as best possible to get you in there to help solve the problem and out to resume your day. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of - they always present me with multiple choices at different price points and provide me pros and cons of each. I really appreciate them and their wonderful service. Thanks for always making a rough day a little easier!

Great service! I brought in my car for an oil change. The staff was friendly and got everything done in a reasonable time. I would 10/10 recommend.

My girlfriend already made a post but this place is amazing and I just needed to make my own because they've been that amazing. This place and the people who work here went above and beyond for me, they did an amazing tire change and put brand new rotors on for me, my car ended up having an issue (that has nothing to do with this company or their work) and they helped me identify the issue, they helped reassure me that it would be a fixable issue. I could go on forever about the experience I was given this weekend while going to them but I would be here forever. All in all the employees here are amazing workers and beyond amazing human beings who gave me hope I didnt know I needed this weekend.

Came here for uber inspection. Staff failed to provide adequate service and don’t know how to fill the documents. I had to do inspection in other place. Service at Just Tires was waste of time and they didn’t refund me.

I like just tire at blossom hill mainly they are located right next to oakridge and i can pretty much drop off my car while i go to oakridge for lunch. Also i love that they do both car oil change and tire so i can do both at one location! Their staff are friendly. I am not a car person but i felt i could trust what they say and recommendation. One thing though the decor i must say is a little bit lacking compare to a dealer shop but it definitely made up im prices. Oh also if you buy tbe tire from them, they would do the tire rotation for free!

I walked in about 20 minutes before closing and Cristal was extremely helpful. I’ve been in customer service for a long time, and when a customer walks in asking for 4 new tires right before you close, it’s not the best feeling. But Cristal took her time with me making sure i get the best quality tires at a great value. Chris (mechanic) was also extremely pleasant to deal with and got all fours swapped out within 7 minutes. Absolutely lovely experience and I will be coming back!!!

Very bad service. Made an appointment and brought the car on time. But front desk lady rudely said their technician is on the break and asked me to make another appointment. She cannot even guarantee if her technician will be on break next time again. Bad service and don’t recommend this location.

- Poor Diagnosis of problem (charged $100+ but couldnt fix the problem) - Front desk doesn’t listen to your problem well and just tries to give you some excuses. I wont recommend to friend and familes.

Don't get your tires serviced here because they want to kill you. If you guys are not here to fix the tire, he will damage your other tire. go the America’s tire go the big tire shop. Today I took my car here for a flat repair. After an hour of waiting, they told me that the tire cannot be repaired at wallside. I agree based on safety. I declined because I bought tire insurance from america tire When I called before, I was strange. Why ask me the tire size when I repair a tire? I'm an uber driver, I need to change my tires at least two or three times a year, and in america’s tire no one ever asks me about tires size. Get flat repair who care your sizes!! Then I leave this shop and I'm thankful my tlx has tire pressure monitoring, if it's old car I think I might have died in a crash Found this problem, I called to report this problem. I asked them to check the camera, I don't need compensation from them, I don't need repairs, I just want to clear things up and apologize to me. But they told me they don't have cameras, drop off your car for a night?

This place website says oil change appointment is 1 hr long. In reality, it takes 2,3 hours. There is only 1guy working like 5, 6 cars. Or maybe less than 1 guy working because i didn't see anyone. Maybe the one guy doesn't even work full time in the garage bay. Oil change is not cheap either. Normal synthetic is like 105. I bought the premium for 135. Not coming back here. Yup. Didn't get my car back till 12pm. Waited 2.5 hours.

Hate to write a poor review for this place, but today was the nail in the coffin for me. Myself, my wife, and her entire immediate family have been coming to this location for years to service all of our vehicles. I have never felt as disrespected as I was today by their front desk staff. I was there for a oil pan replacement and oil change. With an appointment, I dropped my car off when they opened at 8:00am. By 4:30pm I had not received a call or voicemail from the Just Tires staff as they said they would call me once the work was complete. I give them a call and Alex answers saying that he's surprised no one had contacted me about my car being done, but that it's ready to be picked up. I head to the shop and get in line to be helped. The clerk comes to the counter while Bruce and Cheryl are busy and he says, "What do you need, man?" I don't need to have a red carpet rolled out for me, but a simple "How can I help you today?" is a reasonable expectation for professionally greeting a customer. I pay, get my keys, and get in my car and on top of the rest of my negative experience, they didn't reset the oil change reminder. I then needed to wait for them for another 10-15 minutes to reset the reminder before being able to leave. I appreciate the work Bruce is trying to do there as he has always been friendly and helpful, but we can't support a business run like this.

I’m new to San Jose and needed help because the psi in my tires were off. I received excellent service from Bruce and Cristal. They were honest, direct, friendly and gave me the best deal possible.

The prices here are competitive with other tire locations. I came here just because of the convenient location for me and they happened to have the tires that I needed. Their extended warranty for road hazards is legit and not a fine print scam. I used it and they covered everything so I'd consider that very good service.

They’re not professionals at all, I went there for an alignment and they broke my car and I went back to tell them something is wrong and they wanted to charge me for diagnosing and they didn’t align the wheels as well. Don’t waste your time and money, go somewhere else

Really long wait time even a long wait time to pay we just took are bmw just to patch a tire and took over and 1hr and 20 minute if you want to waste your time highly recommended

Still a great place to get help with air fill into tires. And for free! I had been struggling with putting air into my tires at some gas stations, so this was a welcome change. I parked, went inside to talk to the front desk, & then followed instructions to move car closer to garage. Few minutes later, a gentleman came out and used the hose to check & fill the air pressure in my car tires. And afterwards advised me to come back in two weeks after the air fills out the tires and testing driving around. Thank you for helping me, Just Tires!
