Stay as far away from this business as possible. We were visiting in Atlanta on Saturday, June 4 when we broke the driver side mirror of our 2012 Honda Odyssey. It was late in the afternoon and we did not have many options so a family member found this business on the Internet and gave us the number. The person who answered the phone sounded out of sorts and at times unintelligible, but he promised that he could not only get the part we needed replaced but have it installed the following day at 10 AM. This individual requested an advance of $140 so that he could buy the part and we would pay him another $92 upon completion of the job. Because we desperately needed to leave Atlanta on that Sunday, June 5 we did give in to his cash app request with his well knowing that we needed the job done ASAP on June 5 as we had to leave for Savannah without a possible return to Atlanta. Sunday morning was when we soon realized what a terrible mistake we had made calling JV Auto LLC. This horrible & dishonest individual came up with an excuse on why he needed to move the job further into the day on Sunday. He remembered he had church to attend, but could do the job at 2 PM. Sure enough he texted us at 2 PM that he got into a car accident, but could do the job the following morning knowing full well that was not an option for us. When we requested a refund of the money we had fronted, he claimed that he'd be unable to refund it all because the place he'd allegedly gotten the mirror from wouldn't give him a full refund. The difference that he claimed he could get back was $91, so that's what we asked for as a refund. Immediately, he ceased all communication and needless to say never refunded so much as a penny. I was desperate enough to believe in this scam artist because I had no other options at that time, but my warning to all of you is to never do business with JV Auto LLC and definitely do not cash app anyone in this line of service.
