Had my RAV 4 tail gate fixed. Had to replace the hinges. The work was done on time. But unnecessary extra charges. It worked at the shop( able to open and close the tail gate , back door). Now it works occasionally.

I went to JVA because of the excellent reviews I read. They replaced the engine in my wife’s jeep as promised, when promised keeping us in the loop when necessary. I intend to have all of my vehicles serviced by JVA. Xavier was always pleasant and most professional. I highly recommend JVA.

Extremely honest people. I have gotten both my front disk brakes and rear drum brakes done with them and have seen nothing but honesty. They have amazing customer service and know what they are talking about. Xavier is super helpful and friendly and goes the extra step to take care of your car. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest mechanic shop, thats rare to find nowadays. They will continue to get my business.

Car broke down and amazingly I pulled in to the first stop which was here. They immediately fit me in same day. What I thought wad going to be an expensive fix turned into a free fix plus a printout of issues to take to my dealership. Great place!

I was told by another shop that the CV joint on my 2015 Acura TLX was bad and I needed to replace the axle. I took it to JVA and the determined that was not the problem but something lesser and cost me half as much to repair. Thanks Xavier, you guys were great.

Terrible place to get a pre sale inspection done at!!! The car I was looking to purchase was a 2015 jeep renegade for $7000 and they quoted me at over 10k worth of work to be done, doesn’t make sense, they took my money and never going back, WORST PLACE EVER! They don’t even have safety inspections but telling me how a car shouldn’t have passed inspection doesn’t make sense to a consumer,

The owner had good communication with me in regards to my car. Just told me what the car needed and I chose what I wanted to get repaired. Not pushy at all and got my car back quickly. I definitely recommend this shop to my family and friends.

It's been a while since I've had to search for a go to mechanic. However, the guys here took care of me today. It's hard for me to trust any mechanic, but these guys have won me over. This is the second time into months that I've had to use these guys. The first was with my starter after picking it up from the Ford dealership and they are outrageous prices for a starter. I had my truck towed to these guys and they got me squared away within a few hours and I was able to pick my vehicle up the same day had a very reasonable price. The second time was today when I thought I had an issue with my tire from some noise I was hearing. The mechanic drove it around with me to listen for the noise, however we didn't hear any noise during that test drive for about 20 minutes. They took my truck in and checked it out. They couldn't find anything and I still don't hear the noise now. However, being trustworthy to me and not trying to sell me something I didn't need is what I respected mostly. Finally, found me a great place to take my vehicles and recommend to my battles (Soldiers) who are looking for a great mechanic shop with integrity. Ray
