K&K Repair went above and beyond to help me out while I was traveling through Wyoming. I was in a tough spot, needing urgent repairs to the rear brake system on my Lexus before making a long drive home. Despite it being a Saturday, the weekend after a holiday no less, they got me in quickly and took care of the issue with impressive speed and professionalism. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Their commitment to helping a traveler in need was truly a blessing. Would not recommend. They say they fixed things they didn’t and claim to not remember when they say they ordered parts and never call back. No communication and poor service.

I tried for 4 days to get a quote to fix my Mercedes, and when I called the first time, the lady that answered claimed to have written everything I was asking about down so she could research the price and cost of labor for everything, then she told me they'd call me. The second time I called, she didn't seem to know what I was talking about, so reminded her, she asked for my vin, I gave it to her, and I was once again told she'd call me back with a quote. On the third day, I called AGAIN, and she still didn't know and I had to remind her AGAIN, what I was talking about, so she told me again that she'd call me back. On the fourth day my wife called them to find out about a quote for my car, and still nothing. I'm beyond disappointed in the absolute non communication this place offers. My car is still broken, and these guys don't care.

Tried for a week just to get a quote; can’t get any call back or communication. The older woman has been very rude. At one point she told me a quote is “above her pay grade”. If they can’t so much as communicate a quote, wouldn’t trust them to work on our Mercedes.

Ed is very knowledgeable about inport Vehicles. He has been great to work on both of our rides. Would recommend him to anyone for even American made rides. K&k, great place.

Don’t bother using this shop for repairs. Absolutely terrible customer service, tried to get me to pay through the nose for a repair that didn’t even fix the problem. Go anywhere else!

Pat is a great guy. It took a while for me to get parts from Mercedes but he was great about helping me figure out what we needed to do first. Then when I ultimately needed the car before he was finished with it, he was understanding about pausing what we intended to do until I could go without the car again. I’ll be back with it to finish the work we originally intended to do.

Excellent customer service, Pat kept me informed throughout the repair. I visited them again on April 28th 2021 with the wierdest error message in the world on my Volvo. He figured it out quickly. He let me know what it was and rushed to get it fixed before I needed to work the next day. Any one who has a complaint on here probably has their own issues, because the owner is honest, punctual and always available to his customers. I believe they are the most honest mechanics shop in town.

We had just left Gillette headed east, towing a trailer, when the rear differential in our Toyota Sienna decided to chew itself up. It was Friday afternoon and we Googled foreign car repair in Gillette and called K & K. Pat agreed to wait for us while we limped back to Gillette, diagnosed the problem, and stored the trailer for us. On Monday when they reopened, they ordered a used differential - had to be shipped from Denver - and by Wednesday afternoon we were all set, after they asked one of their regular customers to postpone their appointment so we could get back on the road. We made it back to NY with no further problems whatsoever.
