I want to called K&M and spoke with Jason. I told him what was going on with my SUV and he listened and told me he didn’t think it was that and told me a much cheaper option that it may be and told me I could schedule an appointment to get it checked out . So I called back and spoke with Mark who scheduled me. Jason greeted me when I came to drop it off and called me that evening to give me an update on the status of car. He called me back the very next day and told me what he thought it was and the cost and told him that was fine. He called me a few hours later and we picked up the car. It ended up being something that was over a $1,100 cheaper than what I thought it was and he told me something else that was going on and gave me the number to call the person they deal with for that issue. The guys here are So friendly and kind and they moved quickly with getting my vehicle fixed so we could have heat. I would definitely recommend!

F150 A/C repair. Hard to find a place that is trustworthy now a days, but they back their work for 2 years on A/C repair. That says something right there.

Dropped my truck off Friday to have a few issues fixed and overall truck checked out. I got a call Monday at lunch to pick it up. It runs better than it did brand new. Can't say enough about Jason and his crew. They will be doing all our vehicles from now on.

Really great shop. I have taken my vehicle there multiple times. Recently I had an issue they couldn’t reproduce, they gave me some potential diy fixes based on description and didn’t charge me anything despite driving the vehicle multiple times to try and reproduce. They do solid work and are honest, best shop I’ve worked with in Louisiana.

Great place I took my Cadillac Escalade for a/c work quote was very reasonable compare to dealer ! In an out my car was ready next day took it on a vacation a/c blew ice cold! Getting funds together for more work.

These guys really took care of us. Our air conditioner went out while driving home from vacation, and they fixed our car same day within a couple of hours. They also balanced our tires and gave us a good deal. They were all really nice, too.

Being a female, I always read the reviews prior to having any type of services rendered. I was impressed to read nothing but positive reviews on this company. The prices are very reasonable and they are honest people. Don’t take my word for it- if you need car repairs, give them a call. With everything going wrong in this world lately, it’s good to know that there are still good people.

Said my radiator was damaged and replaced it with an inferior radiator incapable of properly cooling the engine. After returning multiple times I decided to buy my own quality radiator and had it installed by a trustworthy mechanic.
