I would never recommend or use this place again, even if it were the last option. My child’s car was involved in an accident, and K&W initially told me there was a 2-week wait but that I could have the car towed to their Chantilly location in the meantime. Unfortunately, this turned into a nightmare. The Chantilly location took forever and failed to communicate throughout the process. When I finally saw the car, the hood paint was wildly uneven and poorly done. Without notifying me, they transferred the car to their Woodbridge location, where things went from bad to worse. K&W had the car for over 13 weeks, and the final paint job was absolutely horrendous—something you’d expect from an amateur, not a professional repair shop. I live far from Woodbridge, so driving there twice (wasting 4 hours total) to see the sloppy work made me furious. I tried to be polite at first, but after seeing the results, it was impossible to stay calm. Once I got the car home, I discovered even more problems: • The left headlamp, listed as a $1,000 “new OEM” part, was clearly a junkyard replacement. I ended up replacing it myself at my own expense. • There was overspray on wheels that weren’t even damaged, which I also fixed on my own. • A hairline crack in the dashboard, which should have been addressed, was overlooked—I had to cover that repair, too. This entire experience was beyond disappointing. Despite their many good reviews, I’m convinced those customers don’t know what a proper paint job looks like. Sitting on this for a few months hasn’t dulled my frustration—I’m still bitter about the money wasted and the lack of professionalism from K&W. Avoid this place at all costs.

K&W did a great job on my damaged Prius. The work was completed a few days before their promised due date. They also called several times keeping me aprised of the progress. Would definitely use again.

Complete scam. I brought my car here to have the front headlight and left front wheel well fixed, and they're trying to charge three thousand dollars for a bunch of stuff I dont need, like doors, front bumper, radiator, and other stuff. They're even considering totalling it. I'd rate zero stars if I could. This place is not afraid to rip you off.

I recently had the pleasure of using K&W Auto Body Inc. for repairs on my daughter's car, and I couldn't be more impressed. We dropped the car off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. The damage was minor, so it didn't surprise me that it only took two days to finish. This efficiency is particularly noteworthy as I had a similar experience with another company for my son's car, which also had minor damage but took eight days to repair. What stood out most was their professionalism and transparency. They provided a ballpark estimate after taking pictures of the damage, which surprisingly matched the final cost once they began the repairs. This level of accuracy is rare and greatly appreciated. Moreover, the unexpected bonus was the meticulous detailing of my daughter's car upon pickup. Despite her car not being the cleanest, it was returned looking brand new, as if they had spent more time detailing than repairing. Overall, K&W Auto Body Inc. exceeded my expectations with their A+ service. I won't hesitate to bring any future repair needs to them, and I'm already recommending them to everyone I know.

I was recommended by someone to take my vehicle here to get my vehicle repaired from a rear end accident. Well, they may had had much better experience with the actual repair itself than my vehicle' repair results. I had to take my car back in a week later due to the bumper did not fitting properly after repair work to have it looked at. Shop took bumper off and put it back on but to no avail. I was informed that most likely the manufacturer's replacement bumper molding could be different than the original (my first time hearing something like this from a body shop). The thing is, when the shop advised me that the vehicle was completed and ready for pickup this information could have been provided then, or even when the repairs were being made. All in all, there is still a visible gap on either rear side of the vehicle that I am not satisfied. As far as customer service they are okay and they gave me my car back rear clean. Literally, the car inside and out was the clesnest condition I've ever had it. I actually can say this place does a better job cleaning/detailing cars than repairing the body work.

I called K&W on 4/11/24 to see if they would be able to buff a scratch from my car. The manager told me to come in and they would take a look at it. I went to the shop the next day and Gisela looked at it and buffed it out for me in no time. She was very nice.

I am so pleased with their work. Their customer service was great. My van is 11 years old and it had a couple of dents (that we're not my fault). K&W did a fantastic job. If I ever need another paint job, I would definitely be a repeat customer. I love that they cleaned the inside too. Very satisfied!

I come here all the time for any repairs for my Honda Vehicles, but after my last visit it may be my last time coming here. First, many things with the repair were not done properly. They lost a piece of my radio ( push button) and that was not even part of the repair. The front fender was off, the wheel alignment was not done correctly and also there was a discrepancy with the paint I noticed when the vehicle was ready. It's been about 3 months since I have my car back and they haven't even fix any of the discrepancies my vehicle has. Every time I call about those problems everyone there is clueless about any of the defects, it's like calling for the first time even when all those defects were pointed the the time of pick up.

Normally I focus on food but when you are so happy about the service and quality, you have to give praise. My car is 6 years old and is not kept in a garage, so it’s exposed to the elements. K&W did a fantastic job on my vehicle with matching the paint. I thought how hard can white be to match but it turns out that white is one of the more difficult colors to match as it ages. The craftsman at K&W was able to accomplish the task flawlessly. Very satisfied!

Very bad service, I was sent by my insurance for an estimate for the repair of my vehicle, and I waited 3 weeks for them to send the information and they never sent it, my insurance canceled everything and I had to start all over again....

Do not use this facility for Insurance claim. They milked the claim in cohoops with the tow company for nearly $9,000.00 and did not repair the vehicle due to illegal practices of NATIONWIDE (whom will be taken to court)! There is too much to describe in this review! BUT I STRONGLY SAY BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

Picked up my hyundai sonata today and it looked brand new, no signs of previous damage. not sure why they were taking joy rides in my car to McDonald's though. Left the wrapper in my car, dashcam was unplugged and mirrors were moved
